When stylists rush, that's when your hair gets damaged and you end up with broken hair. You can trust that Ly won't do that to you. She's honest with what she can and cannot do with your hair. She is especially great with fine hair. My son is autistic and tugs on my hair a lot so it's extremely damaged. After I leave Ly's chair, my hair always looks so refreshed. My girls were nervous at first but Loretta made them feel comfortable and they had extra pep in their step when they saw the finished look. And the owner is seriously so amazing she went above and beyond and printed my girls a first hair cut certificate and also I forgot to ask to tie my first daughters hair in a hair tie to keep it.
