My limited experience here has been okay-- the healthcare professional I had a telemedicine appointment with was clinical during her intake, not empathetic, but I didn't need a listening ear so it was fine. I missed my second appointment because they don't send you a text or email with a link to join-- after calling the office, I confirmed you use the original link from your first appointment-- except I don't remember being told that and every other doctor I've been to sends you a link for each telemedicine appointment. The admin assistant was furthermore rude when I explained my confusion with this system. There also is no way to you directly call or message your doctor - you need to leave a message with the front desk. For these two latter reasons (especially the rude staff), I would recommend going elsewhere.

For 6 years they tell me I'm on a wait list then oh no you're not on it then it just happened again and I told my doctor I'm losing my shit and falling apart and when I'm dead my kids will own this place and boom just like magic they call me and had an opening for the next day I couldn't go the next day but finally an appointment but we shall see. There were two therapists I did see in the last 6 years there one twice and the other maybe five or six times. Just seen him at my last appointment he cut me off in mid sentence and walked away. This is definitely not a place if you truly need help and need a referral for better help. I'm looking for Andrew Lindberg used to be the director of Nova then New horizons he left an h and I can't find him. He was the best I ever had. Doesn't pull punches he knew stuff about me just by the way I acted. When I read a letter he had written for me I'm like how the hell did he know this and that? He's good BTW it'snot Nova anymore cuz they were committing MassHealth and Medicaid fraud

I started receiving services here under another Psychiatrist who left (for another job that offered…read morea shorter commute, not for any dissatisfaction.) When they left I was going to find another Psych/office simply for the fact I prefer a male therapist/psychiatrist. When I explained this over the phone while they were trying to set me up with an appointment with Dr. Berry they said I would only have to see her temporarily until they hired a new Psych (another male to replace the one who left), so I said 'ok sure'. My first appointment with her ended up being scheduled for the day I found out my mom committed suicide, literally scheduled for what ended up being 2 hours after I found out... I'm sure that was a first for her (previously scheduled appointment with a new patient who walks in almost right after finding something out like that)- however she handled that appointment as calmly as though it has happened a hundred times before. She gave me great insight into processing what happened, while also being a great listener, and not once ever 'saying the wrong thing' which can happen when you're in that sensitive of a moment. Well, I saw her after that with a concern over a undesirable side effect of the medication I was taking and she recommended me something that the previous Psych I had seen didn't know of, that is able to help with what I need AND not have this particular side effect. I am currently still waiting for them to hire a new male Psych, because Dr. Berry's case load is too much to take on new patients on a permanent basis- but I just wanted to write this review to exemplify how I do have a preference for gender relating to this field of medicine/situation, and she was able to impress and satisfy even me! As a side note their offices are very nice and the waiting room area is very appropriate for this line of work.

I…read morefound Dr. Bush through a family friend because I needed some prescriptions to be taken over (just recently moved back to MA) and wanted to meet a local therapist in case I needed/wanted their services later on (you never know when some random anxiety producing situation may arise!). He takes Blue Cross Clue Shield - however if you have Harvard Pilgrim (which I do) he is already in their system so you can get a certain number of visits reimbursed. The building he is in is very easy to find and there is a ton of street parking. The waiting area is nice enough - basic chairs w/ magazine - only worth mentioning because they have a hot/cold water cooler there with teas which is a nice touch for people like me that perpetually show up early. He is very nice and has a very nonthreatening demeanor (idk, Ive had some male doctors that are kinda intimidating/surly). From his card it seems like he specializes in all ages - kids, teens, adults, and family services. My family friend that I got the recommendation from saw him for many many years, so thats always a good sign.
