Since the original jeweler who made my wedding band and engagement ring went out of business many years ago, I needed to find a new local jeweler to help with my jewelry. After many very prompt back and forth messaging via Yelp, I finally found time in my busy mom life schedule to swing by and get my jewelry looked at! Olga and Emma were so kind and patient while discussing with me what we could potentially do with the bracelet. The ring resizing discussion was easy and we were able to settle on how much bigger I'll need the band. They send their jewelry offsite for repairs and were very clear and communicative about the process and cost. The owner seemed nice enough and explained the process, telling me to come back the next day around 4:00 pm to pick it up. When I returned the next day at the time he gave me, the store was closed. I called multiple times, but there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. I went back again the following day -- still closed, even though the hours posted online and on the door indicated the store should be open. By chance, another person stopped by while I was there and told me that the owner frequently does not follow his posted hours. At that point I became extremely worried that I had been scammed out of my wedding ring. The stress of thinking I might have lost something so meaningful was awful. Businesses handling valuable and sentimental items like jewelry must operate professionally and reliably. Not being open during posted hours, not answering calls, and having a full voicemail is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If you value your jewelry and peace of mind, I would strongly advise going somewhere else.

Yubi was the employee who helped me, and he was just the sweetest and most professional. They gave me a rather quick timeline - only four days or so, and it was done in two. Which is much quicker than I've experienced in the past at other stores. The quality of the resizing was very well done, and the ring is sparkling clean. I also thought the price was within my expected estimated range given that the ring was very wide and gold. While there I also purchased a pair of earrings. They were also wonderfully helpful and kind with that experience as well. If I ever need jewelry again, I'll be going back there and would 100% recommend their services.
