By chance, another person stopped by while I was there and told me that the owner frequently does not follow his posted hours. At that point I became extremely worried that I had been scammed out of my wedding ring. The stress of thinking I might have lost something so meaningful was awful. Businesses handling valuable and sentimental items like jewelry must operate professionally and reliably. Not being open during posted hours, not answering calls, and having a full voicemail is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If you value your jewelry and peace of mind, I would strongly advise going somewhere else.

They provided an estimate of cost for the resizing (and complimentary cleaning) prior to me agreeing to moving forward with the service. Yubi was the employee who helped me, and he was just the sweetest and most professional. They gave me a rather quick timeline - only four days or so, and it was done in two. Which is much quicker than I've experienced in the past at other stores. The quality of the resizing was very well done, and the ring is sparkling clean. I also thought the price was within my expected estimated range given that the ring was very wide and gold. While there I also purchased a pair of earrings. They were also wonderfully helpful and kind with that experience as well. If I ever need jewelry again, I'll be going back there and would 100% recommend their services.

To make matters worse, Rena completely ruined the surprise of my proposal. She casually said to me, "I know you guys are going out of town this weekend so you can use this ring as a placeholder temporarily," essentially revealing that my boyfriend was planning to propose during our trip.
