This is out of business. Rode past there the other day. All signage is down and there were no cars in the parking lot.

I just got off the phone with one of the workers and she did not even talk to me. She rushed me off…read morethe phone and did not even ask me why I called. She listed a bunch of things for me to spend my money on then hung up the phone. My dog is in pain and she's worried about the things I can spend my money on him for. I seriously am reconsidering on where I take my dog if the number 1 reason why I'm here isn't put first. I'm sick and tired of everyone's reason of respect comes from money.

1/2 Star at best! When Dr. Marc Rosenberg retired, we decided to continue with Voorhees Veterinary…read moreCenter despite the lack of experience and skill that remained. Our female dog has a collapsed trachea and enlarged heart which causes her to cough often when put into stressful situations like vet visits. When we arrived at their office today, 10/28/23 @ 4PM, she was once again stressed and the extremely rude receptionist, Kim Champion, asked my wife and I to stand outside because our dog was too loud and thought she might be contagious. When I explained to her that she was in respiratory distress and had an appointment for her condition, she told me that we still needed to stand outside. Dr. Kaplan also chimed in and said she sounded terrible and needed to go outside. She has sounded like this for over a year and Kaplan and staff know this! We could have waited comfortably in one of their many open patient rooms, but NO they insisted we stand outside!! This infuriated me and I stormed out! I couldn't fathom how individuals that are so nasty and lack any compassion for pets in distress can work in a veterinary office! Dr. Hanan is by far the only good one left at that office. We have been customers of this practice for 11+ years and have spent several thousand dollars there. I guess our loyalty and patronage means nothing to this staff. It is time to move on to a vet that actually cares about their paying customers and their pets. I love my dogs and I was angered at how we were treated! I should have handled the situation better, but there is no excuse for the disrespect and lack of professionalism shown by Champion and Kaplan! When I informed them that we were leaving their practice, Champion said "Whatever and good!" We should have known not to expect much from a business that resides in a run down and abandoned shell of a shopping center!

I have had my animals seen there for over 10 years. I made excuses for rude staff and for staff…read morethat really didn't care including doctors. It was apparent to me the practice became strictly motivated by financial gains. Both my animals received care that was below my expectations. One surgery they promised a 2 inch incision, she was cut from the top of her shoulder to her underbelly. She looked like Frankenstein.the same pup had chronic ear infections ( all the time). Medication just for that was close to $500 each time I left there and went to an animal hospital in Philly within 2 weeks it was done. Outrageous. Unfortunately after all this I lost both of my girl. 14 yo and 15yo I vacillated if I should write this but it still haunts me how we were treated. Whenever I get fur babies I certainly won't go back.

He lost weight and they thought maybe it was a mass or infection. After she left, my normal hamster couldn't walk or breathe after the exam . They wound up putting him on oxygen and he died ten minutes later . I am not blaming them for his death but they definitely contributed. Working in the medical field as a nurse for 20 years he prob aspirated or maybe the tumor perforated when pressed (there was blood coming out his private areas). I do think it was the deep pressing . I know you have to do that to examine him but I think if I never brought him there , yea he may have passed in a few months peacefully in his home from a tumor - not traumatically after an exam. That morning he was running in his cage, eating , etc - they say this couldn't been avoided . Yea it could - if you didn't press so hard on my hamsters he would be alive. It happened immediately after he was examined. Now I'm devastated I blame myself for bringing him there. He prob would have passed at home in a few months, but peacefully with me. I won't ever go there again. She was nice but not that empathetic, I got him cremated and got charged 400 to leave without my hamster. Least they could do is pay for that. I'm sorry they def contributed to his death. I never write reviews I never complain, but when I feel something is a miss I have to say something esp with my medical knowledge. My poor Humphrey.

My cat, Jasper, was very ill and hospitalized there for 4 days. The emergency room veterinarians and technicians were amazing. One ER doctor called me multiple times over the course of 2 days just to keep me updated on my baby. How amazing! Then Jasper was transferred from emergency medicine to the internal medicine team. This is when we met Dr. DiBenedetto- our hero. I cannot say enough amazing things about this man. He showed true compassion towards me and Jasper, he worked extremely hard to determine what was causing Jaspers illness, spent a great deal of time providing me with all the details of his illness, treated him appropriately, and SAVED HIM! Nine days after discharge, Jasper started to feel unwell again. Luckily we already had a follow up visit scheduled, so off we went to Redbank again. Dr. DiBenedetto promptly determined the diagnosis, explained to me in detail what we could do to help him, and provided me with honest and empathetic options. We decided to treat Jasper at home, as funds were tight after a 4 day hospital stay. Now two weeks after that last visit, Jasper is THRIVING!! He saved him for 2nd time!! Jasper turned 9 on June 6th and I owe it all to Redbank's amazing staff- especially Dr. DiBenedetto, his tech Liz, and the rest of the internal medicine team. The empathy, compassion, thoroughness, respectfulness, and intelligence that Dr. DiBenedetto possesses is truly exceptional. Thank you!!!! PS- I also love that they have a coffee station, water, tea, and a vending machine. The establishment is always very clean and the front desk staff are polite. All the techs have always treated me and my pets with respect and compassion.

She said if he wasn't better over the weekend to bring him to the hospital for an ultrasound. We were able to go to Red Bank this morning. He was breathing heavily, so the tech brought him right back to take his vitals. The folks up front were very kind and supportive while we waited to go back. We were very nervous, worried the news would be bad and it was. bandit had a lot more going on in addition to the mass--fluid around his heart, lungs, and belly--in just the 2 days since we saw our vet! We knew we couldn't let Bandit suffer. The doctor's and all the techs' kindness and compassion for us helped us. The doctor and techs were very gentle with Bandit and gave us all the time we needed. Highly recommend!
