I went in because of a broken foot. Dr. Drew was nice to work with, and they x-rayed my foot and…read moredetermined it was broken. The problem came when they provided me with a boot to wear. It was oversized and loose on my foot. In order to help me, it had to be snug without being painful. They also asked me my height, 5 feet 9 inches. They gave me crutches, which at their smallest setting, were for someone 6 feet tall. They told me both were what I needed, so I accepted them, trusting them. Later, I was contacted by Living Tree Medical, and they told me I had to pay for the boot and crutches because insurance wouldn't cover them. I paid them $73.00 over the phone. The next day, I went to Alpine Orthepedics, where they told me to go, and they gave me another boot. This one fit and provided me with the structure to hold my foot in place while it healed. I contacted Living Tree, even went back into the office, but they would not take their oversized boot back. I had worn it, loosely, for all of one day, but they said they wouldn't take it back, regardless of the fact it was the wrong boot to give me in the first place. The doctors at Alpine thought it was ridiculous to have given me that boot. In the end, I paid Alpine for the correct boot, essentially paying twice for a boot that would work properly. Now the kicker. I received a bill recently for $73.00. I called today about the bill. They (Livingtree) told me it was for the boot and crutches. I told them I had already paid for the boot and crutches. They had called and had me pay over the phone. She told me that I had indeed paid them that day over the phone, but that the money had been applied to a bill I owed them earlier. I was told specifically that the payment I made was for the boot and crutches. Now they want me to pay again!! Essentially, a third time. Sorry, but this won't do!!

I love Dr. Kirkman and the two ladies who do the blood draws. The new receptionist is also very…read morenice and the ultrasound tech we have had multiple times (can't remember her name) is amazing. But almost everyone else who I have worked with/talked to is so hard for me (Many of the nurses and PAC's). They don't take time to read the charts or they don't understand certain things so I have to retell my story everytime and it is so annoying and makes appointments a lot harder. I have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss and Dr. Kirkman has been amazing to work with. The office is HORRIBLE at returning phone calls HORRIBLE. They never call me back with lab results, I always have to call them and am usually on hold for 10+ minutes. I think they have called me back 2/10 times when they said they would and it was always at least a few days or weeks later than they said I should expect the call. The only reason we stay here is because of Dr. Kirkman. After our third miscarriage, Mickensi Paget said "like 90% of miscarriages are genetic and are just chromosomal abnormalities so if I were you guys I wouldn't even worry! Who knows, maybe next time you'll have twins." And then she said "and next pregnancy we'll have you take progesterone and baby aspirin." I told her I was taking it during that pregnancy and she said ... "oh you were? Dang. That helps almost everyone we see." That is not the time or place to say any of those things and I know a lot of miscarriages are due to chromosomal abnormalities, but it isn't 90% of them, especially not with recurrent loss. There was no reason for her to say those things and my husband and I both felt they were very insensitive comments. I hope she can realize the effect of her words and next time stick with "I'm sorry you're going through this" or anything else then what she said.

Budge Clinic is very clean, the care they give is awesome. I have no complaints with the care they give. Office is on it, you don't have to wait so long because you're being seen at your appointment time. The type of care they give is what you expect. Friendly, always with a smile & very concern about you & your health. I give them & the clinic a 10 over 10.

I was transported here by ambulance last February 7,2026 from my apartment & I was greeted at the…read moreambulance entrance by Derek McLeod,a nurse that works in the emergency department & I said "Hi!"to him!He popped into the exam bay I was in & I said to him that he was famous for saving a guy's life that was there visiting his daughter & new granddaughter!He gives excellent care to the patients who go there for their emergency needs!He took care of me the first time I came here back in 2022 for COVID,UTI & Acute Pancreatitis!I got to the triage desk at the time & he called me back to an isolation room & he then took me to room 118 & I was isolated for 3-4 days!Derek & the Dr.that I had the first time I was there had to don the gear because of me having COVID!Come here for the best care from Derek!You won't go wrong!I also found out that I had a ministroke from the Dr.on the med/surgery unit!
