My experience: Monday: Submitted request to fill my prescription - it was a holiday, so I knew I wouldn't get it that day, but the ETA was Wednesday even though they were open on Tuesday. Fine, whatever. Wednesday: I get a notification from the app saying my prescription couldn't be filled and that I had to call about it. When I called, they simply said they would start filling it (with no explanation or mention of why the app said it couldn't be filled). I was told it would be ready the following day at the latest. Thursday: It gets to be late in the day, with my prescription still showing "in process" in the app, so I called to check on it. Only now was I told that there was a nationwide shortage of my medication and they were out of stock. I mentioned I wasn't told that when I called the previous day, and all I was offered in response was "I don't know why they didn't tell you, it's pretty well-known there's a shortage". Gee thanks. So the medication was likely out of stock since the moment I submitted my request, but for some reason it took 3 days - and me actively checking on the status - for that to be communicated to me. I would probably never fill here again even if the only issue was that my prescription sat idle for a day and a half - typical experience is to have it filled same day, often even within a half hour. But everything that happened after that is a clear demonstration of incompetence at some level, whether it's a corporate issue or not. As a final note, Google reviews mention waiting on hold when you call, and that was my experience as well. There were multiple callers ahead of me each time - but on the flip side, after all of this I called 4 other pharmacies in search of my medication and I wasn't on hold with any of them. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

This seems to be true for all CVS. Self checkout was difficult. What i bought was light so they kept telling me to put it in a bag. I decided to forget the bag hoping the scale would detect it without the bag. It didn't for any of my 3 items. What could have been a fast checkout wasn't. My complaints tend to be systemwide no matter what store or state I am in. Also their app sucks. I click "send to the card" and I can't see later what coupons are on the card. I used to be able to go to that red machine for what is on my card and for price checks but I didn't see that machine. Again this is a CVS problem and has nothing to do with this store's employees or manager. It is frustrating.

My review is based on my experience receiving a flu vaccination. Staff at this location is very…read morefriendly. While gathering my information, the pharmacist did an excellent job making small talk and making me feel comfortable. The unfortunate thing about this location is that there is no privacy curtain/ private area where you receive your vaccinations. While, I personally don't mind receiving my vaccination out in the open space, I almost feel like I'm violating someone else's privacy as I am waiting my turn. Other than that, if you need a COVID-19 or flu vaccination, be sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time as there are no walk-ins.
