Yet, the same troublemakers are allowed to return in order to start their mess all over again! This center is in dire need of security! If they keep the rift raft out, this would be a great safe place to bring the entire family!

She did not report the incident (we found out 24 hours later) nor did she call my husband or myself. Supervisor(s) knew nothing (which is a reflection of their managerial skills) the day of the event. I spontaneously called shortly after on the incident (unknowingly) and she did not disclose what happened (told me everything was fine and he hadn't been crying). I removed him immediately. A facility that will not be upfront with you and inform you IMMEDIATELY about any incident involving your child, does not deserve your child's presence. They aren't trustworthy. The one star is for a clean and well-maintained facility. Please don't allow appearances to fool you. My son was there 3 weeks attending part-time. My background: I am a therapist (work with children and adults) and educational consultant. I've been practicing for over 15 years. During graduate school, I was an elementary school teacher.
