Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

I can keep myself busy if you ask me :) There are some benches to sit around/have a picnic but overall not very big. The park is gated so it's fairly secure and there is plenty of parking. There is an adjoining open area if you want to get your dogs and let them play around (note: this area is not a true dog park as there is no place to throw doggy poop other than going back into Ethridge park and throwing it in there). The slime room was really cool because they made sure we didn't get our clothes dirty, they wrapped us up in raincoats and protective gear, so all we had to do was take our shoes off. At the end of the exhibit we were able to pick the texture, scent, color, and more for our personal slime creation, and he loved taking it home. I have to say the employees there are super friendly and cheerful. The people in the slime room were especially memorable, hyping us up and making the experience even more fun. My cousin didn't want to leave. When we finally left for the day he couldn't stop talking about it all the way home. Definitely recommend bringing your family here. It's a fun, hands-on experience that can easily take a few hours and is perfect for kids and adults.

There is also a required photo consent clause in their agreement that cannot be waived, which may be uncomfortable for families who value privacy. What made the experience more frustrating was that the party scheduled after mine never even showed up it was already 3:30 PM when we left so we were rushed for no reason. (Staff even felt bad) The space itself is nice, but flexibility, personalization, and overall enjoyment were lacking. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

Our early elementary grandson was all-in! This was a good ride from the northern suburbs for us & tickets aren't cheap so we're glad it was worthwhile. We found we were through it a little quicker than expected, so don't overdo the paid parking (must use the Park Mobile app if using their lot). Also, no bathrooms inside, so use their portable restroom trailer (it's not just a port-o-let) before going in. Not unexpectedly, you dump out into the gift shop - the gift shop prices are also at a premium level, but that's par for the course. Catch it while you can.

I threw a party here for my 6-year-old and want to share some observations, the good with the…read morenot-so-good. let's start with the positive: Boomerang is super-well laid out, with tons of different play areas for the little ones. the private-party rooms are also neat, giving events a feeling of intimacy--where kids can run in and out of the party room and the play areas. I also really enjoyed how Boomerang customizes the party atmosphere with photos projected on the screen, although the practice of bringing a thumb drive is antiquated and should be updated to facilitate emailed or uploaded photos. What was odd for me is Boomerang's policy of "not bringing in outside food" when the staff apparently orders from outside sources like a pizza place. If that's the stated policy, how about giving guests the option of ordering from a specific place they favor? alternatively, having a number of "preferred vendors" might be a way to give party-throwers more of a choice. I got the impression, which was wrong, that Boomerang had some sort of in-house kitchen service, which I understand adds an added layer of complexity to any business. For our party, the pizza joint delivery was late and we had to wait for the food to arrive. The staff at Boomerang was really nice, and I felt bad for our room attendant who seemed overworked and stressed. I tipped her $40 to try and thank her for the effort. With some pointed areas of improvement, all-in-all I'm VERY glad we have Boomerang as a resource to work out "the wiggles" of our kids.

The party room is only reserved for an hour. They rushed us and didn't account for the time wasted on the errors caused by them. Definitely wouldn't book this place for another party but if you're looking for a toddler-accessible indoor playground, this place isn't bad.
