Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.

After calling ahead, we were thrilled to learn they had the part we needed in stock. When we arrived, the service technicians were out to lunch, but the other employees immediately stepped in to help. They quickly located and retrieved the part for us, and with a little assistance, we were able to remove the damaged hitch jack and install the new one right there. We're incredibly grateful for how friendly, helpful, and accommodating everyone at T&S was -- they turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. My brother and I were driving back to College Station on Easter Sunday. Around 9:00pm and about 20 minutes out from Navasota, our alternator failed. We couldn't make it all the way to College Station, so we stopped here to buy an alternator. We were prepared to stay the night, but Aaron-one of the employees-offered to stay AFTER his shift ended to help us change the alternator! After he finished his shift, on his own time, he stayed after-hours and brought his tools over from his house to help fix the alternator. He was super friendly, super helpful, and fixed the alternator in no time at all. About two hours later, we were on the road again. I don't think any other store has employees that will stay after hours on Easter Sunday to help two random, stranded guys. I highly, highly recommend O'Reilly's and I highly, highly recommend Aaron.
