I was told there would be no problem and was even told that I could go ahead and schedule an appointment. However, when I called today to book the appointment, they told me my car doesn't qualify. Is it because my car's windows are too small? Or is it because my car is too expensive, and they don't think it's suitable for such a low-cost window tint? I honestly don't understand. He also helped figure out other details, like blacking-out the vents and rear logo, and applying decals, to create a cohesive overall look. This was my first time getting a car wrapped, so I was nervous about the process. But Jesus gave me confidence, and I'm really happy with the outcome. Wrapping is not as flawless or flexible as a full paint job - you can see wrap seams when looking closely at the corners, and you can't always get exactly the color you want. But it was certainly much cheaper and faster than painting, and still looks awesome.

Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

Hello everyone, I have always driven by this store after going to school at Cal State East Bay over the last year and I have been wanting to stop by. I finally decided to get some work done on my 2011 Honda Accord by getting the windows tinted and installing a good sound system. When I first walked in, I was impressed with how the salesman at the front greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted and he immediately showed me a nice and affordable system along with the different shades of window tint they provide. When I agreed a package he offered me, they told me they'd keep my car until tomorrow to finish everything and I had no problem with it since I was on summer break. After having anxiety for the rest of the day and this morning since this was my first car I had work done to it, I did not know what to expect. But when I drove by the store and I saw my car in the parking lot, I was amazed out how different it looked. It looked GREAT! The window tint came out really good with no bubbles and they told me not to roll the windows down for a couple of days for the windows to dry up. I was mainly looking forward to the sound system and let me just tell you that when I listened to it, there was a night and day difference. From one little 12" woofer they even got my seats to vibrate. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the work Stereo Base did to my car and I will definitely be bringing back my future cars. First of all, I want to say that the customer service experience for me was great from start to finish, I walked in to the shop, browse the whole inventory at my own leisure and when I did have a question, the Stereo Base team answered it in great detail. At the time they had two custom show cars that they were working on in the back and I was supposed to be there only to shop around and see what kind of services they offered. So, I was pleasantly surprised when they made me a deal I could not refuse; on a top of the line Kenwood stereo unit , they did have a good selection of brands but I was putting this on a 2002 Chevy Truck and I just wanted OEM sound. I was In and out by the time they told me (about and an hour and 15 mins) To this point the review would be four stars However the customer service experience was upped when JR, before I drove out of the Stereo Base parking lot took the time to go over all the major features of my new stereo unit and made sure I was happy with the sound quality and all aspects of the installation. He told about some of the custom jobs he has personally done and came away with more respect and admiration for the guy. His customer service is off the charts, but the fact that he has the credentials to back it up, five stars. I've been a customer with stereo base in Hayward for about 10 years. The work is quality, the products are exceptional and the customer service is nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! Sharif has been very easy to work with. It's not even like working with a store, it's more like family. He has bent over backwards to assure my satisfaction and always gives me the best deals available. Junior is very personable and a great sales associate. He doesn't try to over sale you just to make a sale, but he sales according to my specific needs. As a former sales manager, I know that's a rare gift to have. My encounter with this shop was delightful. The individual who answered my phone call was highly knowledgeable in all car audio issues and went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. Despite being fully booked for the day, they managed to make time for same-day service, which I deeply appreciated. Upon arriving at the store, the representative from the phone call remembered everything we discussed earlier, which instilled confidence in their professional demeanor. I came here for a car alarm. They advertise a $59 alarm, $59 I was there. When I got there they hit me with a $200 install fee. Needless to say at this point I was not pleased. After some intense haggling I was able to get a Viper car alarm installed with 1 actuator on driver side plus engine kill switch while alarm is activated for $350 which aint half bad considering BestB(wont put whole name of store) was selling the exact same alarm at just about the same price minus the actuator and kill switch. No need for an appointment. The man in charge (forgive me for not getting a name) even put 2 guys on it and had it done in about 1-1/2 - 2 hours just in time for closing. They say you get what you pay for, as of right now im happy with what I paid for. Thank you Stereo Base. I look forward to doing business here again real soon. read more

Went in for tints for my two new Teslas I got this month, the red one shown on the pictures and also the grey one in the background. First of all I want to say what an outstanding work the tinter have done. Absolutely no imperfections (of course window tinting can't be 100% perfect). All the windows are full covered and I can for sure say the tint installer did not take any shortcuts. I talked to Junior over the phone and I can see why this place is highly rated. Staff is very helpful and not salespeople. Was going to go for more expensive speakers, but they let me know for a car my size it wouldn't be necessary which saved me about $100. I ended up buying my speakers elsewhere and getting them installed here. During installation there was a complication (my fault) where stock speakers used a kit so they were not flush with the door, but these guys took it upon themselves to use installation to handle the issue. Was expecting an extra $50 charge, but they said we'll take care of it (this time lol). They also tinted my windows on a previous visit, and were quick to do so. I contacted Stereo Base through Yelp to obtain a quote to get the windows tinted on my 2018 Tesla Performance Model 3 and received a response from the Manager, Shams, right away. Although I was not ultimately motivated by price, I found that Stereo Base offered the best price against the other 3 companies that I researched, and they were the only ones that would accommodate my special requests. When I brought the car into the shop the other Manager, Sharif was more than helpful. I am so glad I gave Stereo Base my business after dealing with Street Beat for over a year. As soon as I walked in, they were very quick to ask what I needed and from there went straight to work. Had a problem with my speaker that was installed by another store. I came here and Jr immediately took a look at the problem and resolved it. He walked me through different products and was very informative and answered all my questions. He also suggested products and went above and beyond. Following review is for getting new audio system installed! Came to this place on recommendation of friend and have gotten two brand new stereos installed! Great customer service, reasonable prices and they also will put your old stereo back for a very cheap or even free price in case you want to sell your car. Very satisfied with the products and service provided! Also if at any time the product stops working or you get stuck they will help you out free of charge! Needed a new system for my truck. All of my expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the selection process as well as well as very responsive to my observations of the sound quality as it was developing during the installation process. Made recommendation based upon my comments the net result being a building of the perfect sound system for my truck & me:). Living in the bayy area hip hop and music as a whole is a part of the culture out here and people always want their slap in the trunk. However, I've been in many shops that are not nearly as willing to work with you like stereo base, especially Junior; ask for him if you want a fair estimate and good service. He's more then willing to work with you and he knows what he's talking about when it comes to getting a system set up. He just wants to the best job possible in order for you the get the best quality sound. You'll definitely leave stereo base satisfied. Give it a try. read more

good fast installation. good prices. staff is very customer service oriented. the others that gave bad reviews to this place are most likely idiot's who dont know how to deal with people in general. they probably have issues everywhere else they do business with. The staff at this place made sure everything was working properly before I left. he also spent time with me to go over the installation they did. they had everything I needed in stock. I highly recommend this place for all car audio needs. they also do window tinting. oh and most importantly they are open Sunday. read more

Had a problem with a window on my car. Manager Shariff checked it, pulled my car to their area for repairs and fixed it to my satisfaction. During the wait, I had the opportunity to peruse their showroom. Very impressive. They had stereo systems and security systems for cars/trucks. Had my eye on BOYO Vision license holder with a hidden camera. Shariff kept me informed of their progress of repair constantly and explained everything. And the ultimate bill was a pleasant surprise. My stars are not just based on the performance of my new stereo system, but the willingness to spend many hours and many visits installing and re-installing, tweaking and problem solving until i was happy with the sound. ultimately they figured out that they needed to bi pass the factory car stereo's amp and use it to power my factory sub only. It was a lot of work and probably a headache for them but they nailed it and i'm so amazed at the sound i'm getting out of my Honda Element now!! Thanks guys for sticking with it! read more

I made an appointment online, and the time estimate I was given was about 2-3 hours. I sat in the waiting area with my baby with a book as I waited for them to do the work. It was done within an hour! After they were done, they walked me through how it worked, and they even gave me a discount, just because. I can't say enough good things about my experience, and I will definitely be going back!
