Over the years, I've had to return a couple of times due to unrelated incidents--a cracked windshield from a rock and later a break-in. After the break-in, I had the Viper Security system installed. We recently purchased a new vehicle and didn't hesitate to bring it straight to Stereo Base for both window tinting and the Viper Security. The pricing is fair, the technicians do quality work, and customer service has always been great. Junior, in particular, has consistently taken excellent care of us. He's knowledgeable and always clear when explaining product options. On one occasion, we needed to return for an alarm sensitivity adjustment--it turned out the hood had been closed a bit too hard during an oil change, which threw off the sensor. The technician quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. We've scheduled appointments in the past. However, during this last visit, we were able to get in immediately. So, I recommend calling ahead. Be prepared to leave your vehicle for a few hours. However, if you choose to wait, there are outdoor chairs, nearby shops, and places to eat in the new plaza. This is my second experience at Stereo Base. Bought a new car at Honda and it came with 2 headset DVD players. I never used them and then 5 years later neither of them worked. Honda couldn't fix them even though I have an extended warranty. Took it to Stereo Base because they did a great job troubleshooting and fixing my son's truck when Ford gave up. They confirmed both DVD units were toast. A new one wouldn't have matched my interior so I didn't want to do it. So, they took the units apart and swapped some of the working parts to get me one working player, which is all I wanted. It took them two hours. Although it was a little pricey it was much less expensive than a new unit. Super nice helpful folks there and they are creative. Also, no matter what service you go in for, there always seems to be something extra added to the bill.
