I do not recommend this business to anyone. The owner try to rip me off another $150 for a stereo that I found for 120 and that was with installation. And then he told me oh let me see if I can match it, and without hesitation, he told me that he could match the price. Furthermore, I told him you know what let me come back because I was gonna see if I can buy myself and then he said you know what don't come back it's fine. I've been going to this shops for years, I've upgraded all my system with them multiple times. Last month my double din radio went out I went to them to have it replaced. The owner whom I worked with for years, I guess got greedy and overcharged me for my new unit. Horrible service was done although I've worked with him in the past. Radio was not the one we had spoken to him about. Full screen etc. My overhead TV stopped working and my rear speakers as well. All functioning before I arrived. Horrible experience, I will not recommend this location nor I would ever go back. I support small businesses and I kept going back, after all this he tried to charge me more for something they damaged, even if they didn't they should have stated that when I picked up the vehicle. read more

Honest Review: My family has went here for years. I came here for a dash cam installation. I bought a 360 view dash cam with the parking mode. The most important aspect for me was the parking mode because my car was hit while being parked so I wanted to be able to watch footage when my ignition was off. I was happy at first with the installation until I realized the parking mode didn't work and parts of my car that had to be taken apart to hide the wires were not securely replaced. I'm not worried about the parts of my car I had to secure myself, i was more worried about the parking mode. I paid over $200 for the installation. I went back to asked the owner to look at the wires again because the parking mode wasn't working. HE DID NOT LISTEN to me. Instead, he told me I needed to buy an external battery so I left and contacted the manufacturer. I was advised that an external battery was not needed. So, I ended up going to Soundscape in Downey for a second opinion. In less than 10 mins, soundscape fixed the wiring and my parking mode worked WITHOUT an external battery. I wanted to give this place 5 starts but I can't. Instead, I'll give 3 stars because the owner need to start listening to his customer's needs and stop assuming he knows everything. My recent experience, I Purchased a subwoofer for My Jeep I paid for a Punch brand , and he changed me gor a Pioneer which is pricier. He never said anything to me until I saw the box in the back of my seat. He is very rude the owner, they speak their own language Korean people. you explain what you want,And he does whatever he feels like.I checked online and they are totally different prices..I called him and he said it is the same price no matter what. Second time going to this guy. 1st time he ran wires to hook up an amp.. later noticed he didn't bolt down the fuse under the hood. This man is very unprofessional and quite rude. Second time he hooked up some components speakers for me and they put a large gash into my door handle columns and tried to hide it. Very dishonest. Went after work to show him then he gave me a business card and said see you in court. Plus he asked that I pay him in cash now I know why plus I forgot to get a receipt. I had a great experience here. Came to get my windows tint. Gave a deposit came back the next day early in the morning. Was in and out less than an hour. I highly recommend tinting your car here. It didn't really take me a long time to decide how I wanted my car to get tinted in the beginning cause the owner, James, was thorough about everything. When it was all done, he clearly told me not to roll down the windows down for 2 days and if I were to get a car wash, then to tell the worker not to use windex cause it would mess up my tinted windows.
