So I came here to get my back door speakers checked out. I pull up to the front and attempt to walk into the store before I get a chance to. I was mad at the front by the guy who runs it. Asking me how can you help me so I told him my back door speakers aren't producing any. Sounds and I would like to get him checked out.. first thing he did was ask me to turn on the radio so I did, and without even looking or expecting any further, he stated that my speakers were both burnt out. So I asked him what are the cheapest speakers you have and he tells me $20 the cheapest but I said I don't want that cheap. Let's look in the range around couple hundred. So we walked inside and the first one he proposes to me is $350 with installation. The second one was 300 with installation and the third was 200 with installation so I asked how much do you charge to install he says $120, then I'm scratching my head like $120 is that in addition to the price you just gave me or installation is included then he says installation is included.. so on the way home I went on Amazon to look up some speakers.. the ones he advised me to get that was 350$ cost $50 on Amazon. The one he asked for 300 was 30 bucks on Amazon last but not least the JVC he wanted to sell me for $200 is $20. I was literally blown away by how much he was trying to rip me off. AnyWho, I bought my own speakers and went to another place to have them install it yet and behold, they told me my speakers were not blowing out and that the connection on it just needs to be changed... don't go here. The reason I came here was because I got my speakers installed here thinking he would take a better look at it before, suggesting that my speakers were blown out, but he didn't. This place has bad business practices. They don't care about you. They just care about you giving him all the money you got, and being naïve while you do it.. whoever is reading this, if you are planning to spend your hard earned money here, please think twice three times maybe four times about it before they rip you off like they tried to do me. I will also go on Google and review this place because I felt he went out of his way to try to rip me off, so I'm going to go out of my way to bring them down. read more

He even texted me the exact directions to the shop. Very helpful. After I dropped the car off, he quoted me a couple hours to finish. And then he told me oh let me see if I can match it, and without hesitation, he told me that he could match the price. I've been going to this shops for years, I've upgraded all my system with them multiple times. Last month my double din radio went out I went to them to have it replaced. The owner whom I worked with for years, I guess got greedy and overcharged me for my new unit. Horrible service was done although I've worked with him in the past. Radio was not the one we had spoken to him about. Full screen etc. My overhead TV stopped working and my rear speakers as well. All functioning before I arrived. Horrible experience, I will not recommend this location nor I would ever go back. He never said anything to me until I saw the box in the back of my seat. He is very rude the owner, they speak their own language Korean people. you explain what you want,And he does whatever he feels like.I checked online and they are totally different prices..I called him and he said it is the same price no matter what. I explained to him an he "doesn't not want to hear about it" he is very rude., Don't go there,don't waste your money. It is worth it to go to Best Buy or someplace else. Second time going to this guy. 1st time he ran wires to hook up an amp.. later noticed he didn't bolt down the fuse under the hood. This man is very unprofessional and quite rude. Second time he hooked up some components speakers for me and they put a large gash into my door handle columns and tried to hide it. Very dishonest. Went after work to show him then he gave me a business card and said see you in court. Plus he asked that I pay him in cash now I know why plus I forgot to get a receipt. Owner said it's LIFETIME WARRANTY so here it is a few years later my back window tint is bubbled up and he is trying to charge me 150 to replace it for labor fees. WTF. Honest Review: My family has went here for years. I came here for a dash cam installation. I bought a 360 view dash cam with the parking mode. The most important aspect for me was the parking mode because my car was hit while being parked so I wanted to be able to watch footage when my ignition was off. I was happy at first with the installation until I realized the parking mode didn't work and parts of my car that had to be taken apart to hide the wires were not securely replaced. I'm not worried about the parts of my car I had to secure myself, i was more worried about the parking mode. I paid over $200 for the installation. I went back to asked the owner to look at the wires again because the parking mode wasn't working. HE DID NOT LISTEN to me. Instead, he told me I needed to buy an external battery so I left and contacted the manufacturer. I was advised that an external battery was not needed. So, I ended up going to Soundscape in Downey for a second opinion. In less than 10 mins, soundscape fixed the wiring and my parking mode worked WITHOUT an external battery. I wanted to give this place 5 starts but I can't. Instead, I'll give 3 stars because the owner need to start listening to his customer's needs and stop assuming he knows everything. Bottomline, I spent more money than I needed to. For dash cam installation, I HIGHLY recommend soundscape in Downey! read more

I highly recommend tinting your car here. It didn't really take me a long time to decide how I wanted my car to get tinted in the beginning cause the owner, James, was thorough about everything. When it was all done, he clearly told me not to roll down the windows down for 2 days and if I were to get a car wash, then to tell the worker not to use windex cause it would mess up my tinted windows. It was funny to see masking tape on my window buttons on the drivers side (just a friendly reminder not to roll down my windows). read more
