Its appearance is similar to what Sears (which is no longer with us, R.I.P.) once looked like, but Macy's offers a broad selection of brands; ranging from mid-range to high-end designer. This store is completely dedicated to the women who need that long classy dress for a great deal but will never wear it again after the event. Discounts for $19.99 - $29.99 for dresses at every turn. They are advertising at the door $80% off selected items. Some jewelry and clothing accessories available in display cases but not much with scattered purses here too. I found a pair that fit but the price sticker was missing. Sonlie was working in that department and was very helpful. She replaced the missing sticker and then helped me look for additions options. She even went into the stock room to see if there were any that hadn't been put on the shelf. They took me to Nordstrom Rack where they picked the best sneaker for me . Brooks glycerine sneakers and I kid you not , these sneakers are like walking on a cloud . At Nordstrom they were reduced to 90.00 which is a good deal for this excellent sneaker . Nordstrom rack has some nice clothing as well and I think I will be coming here to shop more often .

For years I've kept many of my good pieces I no longer wear collecting dust in my closet. They were too nice to just give away, and I didn't know where to take them. I recently went in with several of my designer purses and dresses. After a very thorough look over, my items were accepted for sale. Within days my items sold, and I was able to pick up a check! Alyssa and Amanda (two of the sales associates I met that work there) were so friendly and helpful. You won't believe the great prices on the designer purses, shoes and dresses they carry. I went in to drop off my items and did not expect to shop for myself. I wound up purchasing two shirts I've worn several times and absolutely love.

It is brightly lit and there was plenty of merchandise on the racks and shelves but it still seemed disorganized. Home goods were not all in one place and kids items were located in a few areas which made it difficult for shopping. The store was clean and the prices were good yet they don't have any clearance items yet. The checkout line was very long and took way too long to check out because people who were making returns were in the same line and their transactions were very slow. There were only two registers open and they were also training new employees whish added to the delay. There is no customer service counter either. The parking lot flow is one way only which makes the line to get out of the plaza ridiculous.
