Wow, I have no kids but I'm lucky enough to have some friends who are expecting new deliveries (or…read morejust gave birth) so it's just lovely to have such a (huge) shop next door and spoil the moms around. Babystore is a very traditional shop placed in Walsall Road next to other independent shops. As they are known as one of the largest ones in the country, which means you can find practically everything for your newborn and kids in early ages. I was quite impressed with the range of cribs and cot beds. Styles, colours and different sizes that would probably keep parents a bit busy and undecided to choose the perfect one. Plus, the delivery is for free with orders up to £ 50 so you it means you can make the most of it. The baby safety items are really interesting as well and it's unbelievable how they can think about absolutely everything nowadays to keep the children safe.

I think the Baby Equipment Complete is better known in Rugby and surrounding areas as The Baby…read moreFarm, and not only is this place well known by the young mothers of today whom want certain branded baby merchandise, prams etc or even second hand equipment but also by our mothers, as the baby farm has been open for im not sure exactly how long but it must be over 28 years. Its based in a little village just outside Rugby called Pailton and from the outside of the property it looks like a dingy old farm house but i promise you its brilliant so do not be put off, when you get inside its like an aladdins cave of wonders for your baby or children. There are everything from prams, clothes, high chairs, toys, blankets, furniture etc etc.basically everything you could possibly want for your bundle of joy. They also have a loverly museum with all old prams in etc which is really quite nice to have a look at, i tok my grandma with me as she wanted to buy us something for our daughter and she loved seeing the old prams brought back many memories for her. The best thing i like is the staff, when we brought our bebe comfort loola travel system, they made sure that the carseat was safe and could fit in our car properly and safely. They also if asked we find any item you want to find for eg. I loved a certain range of bedding for my daughter but could not get the curtains from anywhere, so i asked there customer services department and they had a look in their suppliers book and ordered it in for me at no extra cost, really really nice and brilliant customer service.# They have a great coffee shop on site also which do some loverly home made cakes and biscuits etc - to be honest its worth going just for the cakereally good. The prices vary as they are selling not only high class products but also second hand products and more reasonable priced products also. They also have a website although i have never tried this out, although this could be handy if you were wanted to check out their products before you visit. Great family place, great bargains to be had, great products, and great staff.

Very poor customer service I would recommend you avoid dealing with this company over the internet…read more Placed an order for a Graco Symbio package at £600 + £14 shipping and did not receive any shipping info. I contacted them and was then informed that the order had been cancelled as the security checks were "not satisfactory"!! I checked with my bank who had no problems with the transaction and was eventually told they had cancelled my order as my phone number was not listed in the phone directory!!!! I will now have to wait 5 working days to receive my refund as it paid for by debit card. Certainly a company to avoid in my opinion!!

Delivery was free for orders over £50 and they promised next day delivery as standard (if the order was placed before 5pm on a week day) or Tuesday delivery if the order was placed at the weekend. I placed my order at around 4.30pm on a Friday and was pleasantly suprised to receive the items the next day around 1pm. Both items arrived in good condition and I was very happy with my purchase. It is also worth mentioning that if your are a Nectar card holder, you can collect Nectar points shopping online at kiddicare as long as you access the site via the Nectar website (http://www.nectar.com) .

Delivery has always been prompt and they even send you a text message confirming that the goods have been depatched, If you have a problem or a query you go onto their website and you send them a query, I got a reply back within 10 minutes. Can highly recommend. Good quality and a huge range of products. They also support recycling of boxes as some items I have ordered have been packaged together in a box that wasn't anything to do with the goods so they obviously are also quite environmentally conscious. If you are lookng for a pushchair for example go to your local childrens/baby store etc and find the pushchair you want then have a look on here and they generally are cheaper.
