He looks forward to seeing her each week and playing with his friends, and he has thrived in the warm and loving environment of her home. The daycare is on the main floor of her lovely home, and there is a lot of room for the kids to run around, as well as quiet space for naps. She has always been willing to work with whatever schedule we set for our son for naps, and I think she might be magic as he always slept better at daycare than at home when he was an infant. She has a play structure in the backyard, and takes the kids for walks to local parks in good weather. Now that he is a toddler, our son asks to go play at "Auntie's" house and we appreciate the extra effort she makes to have toys that align with his interests available. She is incredibly thoughtful and caring; she even texts us to check on our how son is feeling when he is sick and gives him presents for his birthday and Christmas. I couldn't be any more thrilled with my experience at TCCC. The TEACHERS are incredible. Every time my child moves up in age and classroom, I am astonished to find that I love the next set of teachers just as much as the last. More importantly, the teachers are kind, patient, and loving with my daughter. Teachers are experienced at TCC- some of them have been in childcare for multiple decades. If I want advice on something like weaning from paci? Her teacher will have ideas. I get daily updates from her teachers that include pictures as well as notes on what she ate, diaper updates, fluid intake, nap length, etc. They also share what songs they are singing or books they're reading so that I can keep the theme going at home. They also have a big backyard and play area outside. The owner is open to us visiting for couple of hours with advanced notice. We did this once only. She sometimes took photos of him during the day and texted them to us. My son is attached to his caregiver now. Cons: Some caregivers do not speak English well. Sometimes story time, songs, alphabets, and numbers are taught in Spanish. We think it's fine for now since he's still an infant. But we plan on moving him to another daycare/school once he's older.

Our first was in a home daycare where she loved her teacher but wasn't getting as much interaction with other kids or following a standardized curriculum. I knew we needed to find another daycare where both kids could learn, be loved on and thrive. Fast forward to almost a year later and it's been the best decision. From the daily reports and photos we get in the app, to the curriculum that focuses on developing the kids mentally, physically and emotionally to the teachers and staff who love each of the kiddos so much. Now they havent figured out how to cure daycare germs but they do have a pretty awesome sanitation machine and cleaning protocol . But truly the best school!
