The coffee is great, and is and Steph has a heart of gold. She and her local crew work their hard to get through the sometimes long line waiting for their sassy but fun smiling service. If you like it when people give to families in need at Christmas, and host the Easter egg hunt for all the children in Shelton, then you probably want to raise your cup Steph at her purple shack! (I hate the color purple or I would have given six stars) read more

Their lotus drinks are awesome the 24 oz was $5 and the 32 was $9 just FYI. But I was able to drink the 32 oz over 2 days to make that buck stretch. Tastes like a jolly rancher. You can have any combo. Bit pricey compared to Tacoma but still good. read more

First there were dead flies in the window, and NOT just a few... (Maybe they get a lot of flies, looked like they have a bee issue seeing that there were two traps..so I still got a drink thinking MAYBE they have not got to it) But I got a americano with a little cream.. they basically made it into a latte with all the milk, but it was kinda gross.. My friend got a mocha, but it was WAY over sweet.. Never coming here again! read more

Literally the worst service ever. I come here a lot and enjoy their drinks but their customer service is ridiculous! They are rude and hostile. I just now payed for a spritzer with whip and it clearly says it on the cup. I got my drink back with out whip and when I asked her to add whip she aggressively said "you have to pay more for whip" and when I told her it said whip on the cup she rudely added it and gave it back. Never buying here again. read more

Horibble service. Sat there for 15 mins while lady working crying about her day to some horny guy finally get to window 9 cars in line 5,mins at window while she tried to make other car coffee so dirty inside syrup everywhere I just drove off didnt even ask what she could get started. Rude!! Ever since I stopped going a couple years ago, people still say staff are rude and not professional. she would get mad at you for asking about other drink options. If you didn't know what you wanted, tough luck because she wouldn't help you! And don't order more than like 4 drinks because they get annoyed with you. read more

This place is very, very, very busy. Honestly, I think she is the busiest in town. Has to be. The coffee is really good and the employees are friendly, but she is so popular that the wait is, more often than not, a long one. That is her drawback. In terms of consistancy, I would have to rate her tops. Really, I wouldn't be able to tell which barista made my coffee. It's that close. The stand is a small, photomat-type design (did I just date myself?) with lines going in both directions. One is limited by the main road, so maybe three cars can fit at one time and the other heads out toward a side street. Coming in from the side street is easier if you know the back way in. Overall, I would recommend it, but don't be surprised if you see a line up in both directions. read more

Love Steph, enough said. She only works morning though, but her personality and spunky attitude is worth the stop! and, she is the most giving person/business in town!!! She donates money, time, and anything she can to local schools, sports teams, and even individuals!!! She's great. Stop in! read more

Urraco Coffee Company was a great stop on a very recent trip to Shelton. We have heard about it…read moremaybe about a year ago but never made it there until just recently. I could be wrong but it looks like it's the only independently owned coffee shop in town or at least in the downtown area. And it indeed shows! The line to place orders was quite long inside the place and they were also managing orders for drive thru customers. But they had the line moving steadily and got customers on their way at a pretty good pace. I'm guessing it's like this here often and they are well practiced! But there was also a church nearby and a farmers market which brought in a lot of people. I really enjoyed the Toasted Pecan Latte from their Autumn coffee menu. It was very good! Nice and smooth and the nuttiness was so pleasant as we enter into Autumn! Of course it wouldn't be a full coffee shop experience without trying out the pastries. They all look to have been made locally as in the Shelton area. I got an almond Danish which was so good and went with the coffee drink quite well! Such a nice coffee shop to hang out at. They have indoor and outdoor seating but even with that it could be a challenge to find a place to sit if it's always this popular.

She has been going there recently in place of her "normal" coffee stand because she likes the flavor of her drink better at Bean Bags, even though it cost her $1 more. I ordered her drink and the barista, Jaylin, was explaining about how the cream separates and looks curdled. I didn't order anything with cream so I was very confused. I reiterated my order to make sure she got it correct. I got my drink and it was incorrect. I told her, kindly, that it was incorrect and she said "Jesus!" And she dumped the drink out in a very rough manner. She made another one and the manager handed it to me. I kindly stated that one was also incorrect and that my daughter cannot have carbonation and that's why I ordered it with plain water. The manager just said "oh, I'm sorry!" Never offered to remake it or anything, so I said "I guess I'll just have to pay $10 ($9 + $1 tip) for a drink I have to dump out. What a disappointment. I guess we won't be going there anymore.

He ran my card but charged me another dollar for the card transaction, I guess. There was no sign posted on or around the front window warning potential customers about this charge. Then, of course, they had me sign a receipt with the option of providing a tip. For the record, I still tipped - not entirely sure for what other than getting nickel and dimed. When my order was ready, he asked if I wanted salsa. I asked politely for green. He gave me one small plastic container. The guest prior received at least three. The food itself was fine. Somewhat soggy and the presentation was apathetic at best, but the flavor was average. Definitely NOT worth the premium price. I can only assume the chainlink fence that surrounds the taco truck is to prevent angry and gypped previous customers from seeking retaliation after closing. I'm kidding, but barely. In review, the prices are exorbitant, the hidden fees are uncomfortable, the service is inconsistent at best, and the food itself is just average. I can confidently say: I will not be returning.
