My child went to Dental Depot Orthodontics for the last 3 years. In that time the orthodontist has…read morechanged 3 different times. The orthodontists have been wonderful. The hygienist staff and administrative staff need improvement. Whoever works in the billing department are not well trained. I have received notice of a bill that should not have ever been sent to me. My child has full coverage, has never missed an appointment, and an approval letter from Medicaid that covers their braces. We have completed all cleanings that have been requested and made sure that records were completed when necessary. Receptionists called me twice to request my child to come in to update records for Medicaid when they already had appointment set up to update the records. The hygienists need to work on their bed side manner. My child works hard at wearing their elastics as well as keeping their teeth clean including using a water pick. There have been several appointments that the hygienist has spoken harshly to my child about how they care for their teeth. My child tries their best to take care of their teeth and they have affected my child's self confidence with these derogatory comments. The teeth belong to my child. We get the point. This place really needs improvement.

The woman behind the desk who is no longer with the company it sounds like, advise as we would receive a 40% cash discount for paying everything up front. After our insurance was built $1,500 and we paid $1,200 they continued to try and bill us.

Wife had great dental insurance and we also paid the bill down to $495 and then her other dental insurance kicked in and this new billing dept billed for the entire cost of the treatment instead of the remaining balance which is fraud and will be reported as such. We have all the documentation however the billing dept even after proof denies our evidence. It seems that corporate greed is within this new ownership. So beware and keep your records, receipts in a file as we did. I would think twice if you're a new patient about coming here.

Completely the worst experience I have ever had. I did root canal here in June, then my teeth got…read moreseverely infected after 3 months. They Sent me to the Endodontics. People at endodontics said there was a lot bacteria inside because the root canal was not thoroughly cleaned, and there is still a nerve not removed. The filling material is also too thin. Completely failed root canal. I have to spend $2000 more to redo the root canal at Endodontics. My left face has been swollen for a week because of the infection. I didn't sleep for first two days. I also got Shingles(when your immunity is weak) after that. They didn't admit root canal failure. They said anything might be happen after root canal. That's funny. They don't cover the money I spend at Endodontics. About the refund. At first they said they would refund me the cost of the entire tooth, but a week later they changed their mind. They could only refund me root canal money, not the crown. They said nothing wrong with crown. Although I had to pay $600 extra to repair the crown after redo the root canal. (When I redo the root canal the dentist has to break the crown, then redo the root canal, and finally repair the crown) They never asked me if I feel better. Please learn how to care your patients and respect them. Don't have too much attitude to your patients. Anyway, Avoid this dental if you don't want your teeth to suffer. Shame on you.
