Which I knew was incorrect because that's what I was supposed to go to my dentist for, but she was insistent that she was right and I was wrong. She also kept telling me that they had already sent my release to my dentist and they were finished with me.I had to call my dentist to get the correct information. I was given 8 - 10 injections for numbing - if two didn't work why continue to inject the same ingredient? This was very painful and took a long time between each injection. The financial office greed exceeds common courtesy financial practices. Warwick requires advance payment for all procedures without being provided an estimate of what insurance would or would not cover, and we are never given an itemized statement. After we receive an EOB from our insurance company, we are eventually given a refund, but that doesn't excuse this practice. It is, in fact, an insult.

They called me a few days after both procedures to check in on me and answer questions, they prescribe effective medicine, and they sent me flowers and a card after the implant procedure. Highly highly recommend this doctor. They are rather expensive even with insurance but totally worth it.
