The doc explained what was needed to be done, what had probably caused the issues, how I could prevent future issues and then walked me through everything he was doing. He's very personable and easy to talk to which is so refreshing! The office girls are also very nice, accommodating and helpful when it comes to figuring out the insurance thing! I had never had insurance before so they helped me understand how payment works and what the charges will/could be. Only good things to say about this office and am now a loyal patient!!!

That dentist was hostile to his staff and it made me uncomfortable. He did a terrible job on my teeth and left me with a lot of work to be done. My first experience with Ward Family Dentistry was Kim, the receptionist. She was compassionate and understanding. It was evident that she really wanted to be helpful. Every time I've seen her since, she continues to be helpful, thoughtful, and empathetic. Dr. Ward explains everything he's doing and takes time to answer questions with every visit. Everyone in the office I encountered were kind and professional. Dr. Dr. Huong. Nguyễn was my dentist and she was super thorough and made me feel at ease. Twice they've referred me to another clinics to get root canals, and both times I ended up spending $2-300 in x-ray fees to be told those teeth are not saveable. They won't even stay in my mouth and they are so uncomfortable they give me major headaches. I went to so many appointments with them getting it wrong that I finally just gave up and was stuck with a very inadequate pair. He worked very closely with my orthodontist after my first dentist screwed up my teeth and helped facilitate my jaw surgery. I can't even count the number of fillings I've had (10+), so I know sedation. I never have issues with pain during the procedure and they make sure you're very comfortable- back massagers, and noise canceling headphone with music! Lastly I must mention the extra care, I have a Marilyn bridge and it fell out while eating some 10 years after I got it, and he met me on a Saturday morning to fix it! She has many other conditions, so I was worried they would be compounded, and in a panic I tried to find a dental office that would take her immediately, on a Friday afternoon, without an appointment. I learned after "Googling" and calling a dozen offices between Guthrie & Edmond, that many dental offices close at 3pm on Fridays or aren't open at all on this day. When I made this call I was pessimistic, but instead I was met with a professional, wonderfully kind voice on the other end, and at once, I felt this is the place. So, I mentioned the issue and urgency. The person on the line obviously had compassion and sensed the concern for my mother. She asked how soon we could be there. We made it in 30 minutes and all around, from the 1st phone call to the end of the visit , all the staff including the dentist, were absolutely, exceptionally, fantastic. The dentist even pointed out to my mother something numerous neurologists haven't been able to diagnose for her over several years of visits.
