My Mom is wheelchair bound and requires a transportation van for visits . Last month we arrived to find she had been double booked. The assistant manager told us he had tried multiple times to contact her but there was NO evidence of any attempted contact. Took a month to get a second appt for her extraction. We just arrived to discover the same Ass. Manager only booked her for an exam. Once again he filled our ears with lies. We are still waiting to see if the extraction happens. I've gone here several times and I've never had a good experience. Finally switching dentists. It is near impossible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last appointment for my son, they called/texted back 6 different times asking to confirm his original appointment that we had already rescheduled. Completely unorganized. I also had a filling done for a cavity and the dentist did something wrong, I swear. It didn't heal for almost a year after the filling was done. I've had plenty of fillings before from other places and the pain goes away within a week. not to mention ridiculously overpriced and try to sell you on stuff you don't need. I had a scheduled appointment for two fillings and still waited 45 mins for the dentist to come in. He asked me if I lived far I'm guessing to see if I could come back. Who does that?? I didn't even give him the opportunity to ask because I told him I had to get it done that day. I asked where the restroom was after waiting for 45 mins and was told he was almost done with another patient so to wait for him longer instead of going to the restroom. A grown adult was told they couldn't use the bathroom after waiting 45 mins. The dentist made rude remarks to every question I answered and was rushing the whole time. Such an unprofessional dental office. I'm a pretty forgiving person but this place was HORRIBLE. After he was finished he said if I can feel them when I eat to come back to get them fixed. Worst experience of my life and I highly recommend you find a different dental office. Unfortunately I'm not lucky and this is one of the very few in-network provider. First they don't tell patients full information and expect you to figure it out on your own and then when they send you a survey and you answer honestly. They cancel your appointment because you're being difficult and they don't want to treat you anymore. It's an emergency case and I'm going to possibly loose teeth because they canceled at the last second. All because they care more about a survey review that actually treating patients. Clearly these people don't care about caring for people that need care. They only care about their numbers to the outside world. Please do not give them the satisfaction and go somewhere that actually will care for you. Update- come to find out because they're poor communication and lack of helping the patient understand their treatment. I would have gone to that appointment and they would have worked on the tooth I didn't go in for. So you're telling me you werent even going to work on the teeth that had the actual problems. You were going to bill me for something I didn't need done at the moment. also not sure why I was going to be billed for a root canal on a tooth that already had a root canal. We have always loved coming here. The staff is always so nice and helpful and Dr. Jeremy Dauphin is awesome! Not only do my kids enjoy coming but even my young grandchildren have no fear coming here. The parking lot is quite big and usually at least half filled almost daily. On Saturday's they also have free train rides for the kids. Today we're here for my youngest son's appointment to get 2 crowns put in. I have faith that everything will go perfectly. We showed up here an hour early so I'm hoping we can slip in earlier. Though my daughter has an appointment on the South side of the building as well where the Orthodontist is located to check her retainer, so we'll be here for quite awhile today. Outside is a train that kids can get on for pictures or to ring the bell and on the inside there are several trains that run on different tracks around the rooms and lobby. My kids always love watching these trains. There are also rail road memrabilia all over the walls that are interesting to look at. read more

This dental group misled by scheduling an appointment for someone in unbearable pain but provided only evaluation without treatment, leading to a visit to the emergency room that weekend. Even the great ER doctors could not manage the pain with Morphine and Fentanyl. This dental group demonstrated carelessness, incompetence, and made an incorrect tooth diagnosis, showing severe recklessness that caused horrible pain and suffering for few days. read more

Besides the fact that I paid about $5k and my crowns fell out in about a month, they screwed up the paperwork for insurance (Medicaid) and the people answering the phone kept saying it would get taken care of, but never did. month after month for a year and a half until I finally gave up. Came all the way 2 hours away just to be turned away I've been in pain for weeks and I'm still in pain!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I went in on may of 2022, for sensitivity and pain to the point of not being able to eat. I was informed I needed 2 root canals and 2 extractions. I was given a total out of pocket amount due of $1000. I paid that up front out of my account. the billing lady told me I paid in full and I wouldn't owe anything more. fast forward two months and I get a bill for over $2000. I went back and forth with calling, leaving message, missing calls due to me working, not getting called back by the lady who told me I paid in full. I refuse to go back to them after the negligence, inability to properly quote, inconsistency of communication and billing. fast forward to June 2023 I have received another bill for over $100. I reached out to the text line, was informed that my invoice was just a estimate and I did have a balance due, I have submitted all documentation as needed and requested by each and every individual yet NOBODY can or will confirm/ fix my balance. I highly recommend avoiding ALL dental depots as they are clearly scamming people. read more

Had to write a review based on the fact that going to the dentist during these times is a scary proposition. I want my dentist/doctor to be over the top careful, even if I'm not. Dr. Johnson and his girls are. We've seen Dr. Johnson for years and have always liked his goofy (in a good way) and approachable personality. He's a great dentist. He isn't pushy and always remembers little details about us all. Yes, he's awesome BUT... I need more than a good dentist right now. He has taken tons of precautions for this freaky time we're in to make my family feel super safe without scaring us all. Hehe. Since this whole COVID situation came about we've seen him 8 or 9 X's for different things (Cleanings, Fillings for my kids, night guard, a crown for me.) He's got swanky air purifiers everywhere and has his staff cleans like the queen is coming. Had to brag on him. Much appreciated! read more

Very poor experience. I will be switching dentist . I felt like I was made out to be a poor parent because my son had some cavities. My son was yelled at by the lady that was doing his xray . The dentist spent atleast 15 minutes telling me what my son should not be eating (witch by the way he eats fine) . They just made the experience horrible. read more

I absolutely love this office. My children see Dr Daupin, they schedule to have their cleanings done side by side rooms consecutively and the staff is friendly, professional and efficient. They offer gas to kids to relax during fillings and are light handed for tender mouths. I never wait longer then 10 mins for appointments and I had 9am appointment for two cleanings and dentist check up and we were in and out in 30 mins. They accept insurance and give out little gift bags with shirts and toothbrushes at each visit read more

Our family have been patients of the Yukon Dental Depot since about 2009 We have always gotten excellent care except recently. My wife went in to get a crown and they took the impression and when she went back to get the crown put on it did not fit. They took another impression and when she went back to get it put on again it did not fit. So again they took another impression so we shall see if they can get it right this time. I love the orthodontist Mrs Blanchard I believe she's great, the assistant I had once never once spoke a work to me except said I'm in 21 and we're doing xrays, she was very rude and unprofessional. I went in for some cavities. After numbing me up, they decided to say there was yet another cavitiy that needed to be filled. they couldn't provide me xrays of it or anything, no documentation. After convincing me that it was in fact there, they proceeded to drill the tooth without numbing it up. During the procedure, the dentist decided with no input from me, or even a comment to me about doing it, that he was just going to use amalgam fillings instead of the composite that I had authorized. After all of this he ran out of the room without even offering me an explination. I had pain and there was a sharp edge left on one of the fillings, for 2 weeks before I could get in to see another dentist. Stay far away from these people. Oh, and during all of this, not a single one bothered to introduce him or herself. read more

I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my tooth to get numb so it could be filled. Not one time did anyone come check to see if I was comfortable. I was cold. My neck was sore. The gas mask was pressing so hard on the bridge of my nose I ended up with a bruise. That was one complaint! Complaint number two was on three separate occaisions I have had to go back in to have the fillings they put in repaired. And complaint number 3 is that twice they have tried to charge me for services I had already paid for. I paid cash about $1,450. for an upper partial in February, it has never fit correctly. I was told today I must purchase a complete new partial because the dentist didn't realize the product he sold me could not be altered or adjusted. I actually thought I had ordered a partial bridge just like my lowers, a metal brace type. Was even charged more for the uppers because of the dentist up sell, he thought they would look better? Now they are telling me the metal braced ones are more expensive? I also, discovered there is a $116. credit due me, I was never informed of. Now they insist, I should have planned for the gum shrinkage? Isn't that their job? They also informed me, ahead of time they would take care of any adjustments needed after receipt of the new partial. Furthermore, what shrinkage, they replaced a broken permanent bridge? There had not been real teeth there for decades. Now....they want to charge between $600-800, to replace the partial? They have the audacity, to act like they are doing me a favor!?? If I had that kind of money, I would certainly go somewhere else. I am on SSI disability and live with my adult children. All three of them worked extra hours on retail jobs during Christmas to pay for their moms teeth! This is an outrage! I highly doubt if anyone at Dental Depot, Yukon, OK,would be happy to be in my position. I can't even drink water with this useless partial, much less eat, or want to leave the house. All 6 upper front teeth are missing! I should have bought stock in Sea Bond and extra strength Poly Grip, I have to use both about every hour, to leave the house and make sure I do not eat or drink, much less try to talk. If theft of $500. is a felony, wouldn't this be considered one? I've reported them to BBB, we'll see what happens, if anything. I'm not sure they care, given the other reviews I wished I had read, beforehand. No one does the right thing any more, only what you can get by with. read more

This is the most awful dentist I have ever been to. I went in while pregnant just to get a check up and cleaning. I haven't had a single cavity since I was 7 years old, but I knew I had two because I could see them and they hurt often. They came back and told me I had a cavity between every single one of my teeth. The only dental work I've ever had other than 4 fillings was a spacer. I let them clean my teeth but chose to wait on fillings since they said it would take hours and multiple visits. After my baby was born I went back and sat through 4 hours worth of work. Drove the hour home and realized they had missed a filling completely! I had a hole in my tooth and no filling. So I had to go back the next day and get another needle in my gums that numbed me all the way from my eyeball to my ear, they filled the thing and I went home. After the numbing wore off my filling was so sharp it cut into my tongue.. Another drive back to get it filed down. I've had to return several times to get fillings fixed that had cracked and three that had fallen out completely. I'm still dealing with cracked, missing fillings, and the icing on the cake, the teeth that were originally bothering me STILL bother me and now I have no insurance. They want to charge me $1400 to fix their mistakes and it has to be paid up front because they have new management! What?! When I asked for a discount since it was their work they offered me $5 off.. $5!! After a very hateful conversation with the front desk I walked out. Never again. Since I have to pay for it now anyway I can find someone who can actually FIX my teeth! Please don't take your poor kiddos here! read more
