We used Stephen's Limo for comprehensive transportation on our wedding day and couldn't be happier with the service. We booked two large coach buses to transport guests between the hotel and venue, and also used a party bus to get the bridal party to the venue--bridesmaids from the hotel in the morning and groomsmen from our home later in the day. From start to finish, Stephen's was responsive, punctual, and flexible, even as our schedule shifted in the weeks leading up to the big day. It was such a relief knowing everyone had a reliable ride, especially early in the morning when nerves and timing were tight. The drivers were not only professional but also fun and friendly--they treated both us and our guests with warmth and care. Many of our guests commented on how much they appreciated the transportation and how seamless it made their experience. A group of us "senior ladies" booked a trip to some gardens in north Georgia to celebrate our friend's 75th birthday. We booked the Excursion SUV limo to pick us up at 9:00 a.m. and have us back in Athens by 5:00. Our young driver, Jamie, was awesome. The limo was clean, stocked with water, temperature was perfect and he was professional and thoughtful the whole way there and back home again. As I am writing this, my 5 star review of Stephens Limousine Service from 10/2016 popped up and I agree wholeheartedly as to what I wrote about this local company 6 and a half years ago as I do today. If I could give zero stars, I would. My car never showed up to pick my husband and I up from our wedding. Yes, my wedding night! We left in my aunts sonata. It gets better.. Stephens limo service still charged the credit card on file. Never again and never would I suggest this company to my worst enemy. read more

Stephen S. Let me start by saying that Terry Stephens is a first class guy. Five minutes after meeting him I felt like I had known him all my life. He is the kind of person that makes friends first and talks business second. We started the process of acquiring buses for Stephen and Courtney's wedding about three weeks in advance and from day one I never had any concerns at all about using his service. I had contacted a couple of other companies but I never called them back because I knew that Terry was a man of his word and he would do everything possible to accommodate us. Throughout the process he was in contact with us and worked out every detail. His drivers were very professional, courteous, and right on time. This was my first experience using a Limo service and if I ever needed to use one again I would call Terry. Five stars is the highest rating you can give but believe me he is way higher. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Stephens Limousine Service. Terry Stephens was responsive , organized, helpful . He guided me in setting up transportation for my daughters wedding. Our venue claimed they could handle big buses but Terry realized the Thursday before they could not. He personally met me at the venue and helped cut limbs to accommodate his buses . Wedding day arrived and the pick ups were on time and my guests all complimented that the drivers were friendly and professional. Left my wife and I stranded at our reception with no way to get to the airport. After several calls when the driver was 1 hour late, the owner finally answered and just said there was nothing he could do and just offered a refund. He never even apologized. We will never do business with this company or any of the owners other companies. read more

HORRIBLE!! We contracted SLS for bus service to take people from two different hotels in Washington, Ga to our farm approximately 10 miles out of town for our daughter's wedding. I contracted with Terry Stephens to bring people back to their hotels whenever they wanted to leave our farm. He and I agreed that the buses would be making multiple trips back to town as people wanted to leave the reception. I paid over $3800.00 for this service!! However, the bus drivers refused to come back to our farm after making one trip to town around 9:30pm. I hired them until 11:30 pm!! After taking one load of guests back to their hotels both drivers sat in the hotel parking lots instead of coming back to our house to pick up more guests!! After my event manager told me of the problem I had to leave my daughter's wedding reception and call the bus driver and tell her to come back and pick up our other guests. When I called the bus driver she said Terry had instructed them to make only one trip from our farm to the hotels even if the reception was still going on. The driver I spoke with was rude, but reluctantly complied, saying it was not what Terry told her to do. The bus driver actually said she did not like driving in the dark!! I'm not making this up!! Terry had not told his drivers about our contract or the terms of service. This company is a rip off! They are a disaster and not only that...they can't even send a decent contract that is legible. They are sloppy and disorganized. They took total advantage of us. I hope you don't become a victim of SLS. There are other more reliable and cheaper companies to use in the Athens area. read more
