We can hear you out here in the lobby. Both me and my husband required surgery and were pleased with both doctors and the outcome of our respective procedures. I would go back if I didn't have to deal with rudeness at the front desk. I'm sorry if you ladies hate your jobs or the patients, but either suck it up or find another job. Pretty sure you are all qualified for McDonald's.

Initially went here because I had an inner ear infection that just wouldn't go away and they gave…read moreme a hearing test. Finally, the inner ear infection was cured, but my hearing was a little below par - fore!!! The doctor told me that hearing aids were like $3,000 or above! Yikes I told him - I can't afford that!! He said well you live in Wayne County right? I said yes. He said you work in Wayne County, right? I said yes. He then said that I was eligible for assistance!!! OMG - I said well, give me the referral! So, I had to go to Michigan Works in Livonia and talk to a man about rehabilitation services and how not being able to hear and understand students affected my job, in which it did. How many ways/times can you say huh, excuse me, what did you say, can you say that again, speak up!!!!!???? I had to prove that I was sick, easy my medical records at my house is inches deep!!!! Ohhhh.... So, next thing I know I am approved! My medical insurance provided $1,000 and they picked up the rest. So, in essence, it cost me $0 - how much better can that get? So, now I have my hearing aids from The Hearing Center of Excellence, thank you very much and did not have to pay a dime! The only thing is the batteries are only good for about two weeks. Luckily The Hearing Center has a club that you can join for $20 and for another $20 you can get a whole box of batteries. So, whenever I run out of batteries I just go up to the Center and give them $20 and they will give me another box!!! Not bad and I think this saved my job!

One might find being able to breathe through only one nostril alarming. However, as it had been…read morethe case my entire life I'd long grown used to it. In recent years that began changing. I snored so loud that I scared myself awake. If my one functional nostril was stuffed up, I became a mouth breather. Not too attractive, I know. NP Deana Yasso-Vander Vliet guided me through the diagnosis and explained all that was planned for my nose. She has a fine sense of humor and put me at ease throughout. Dr. Mark Toma performed the surgery to make this hole on the right side of my nose actually do something other than just sit there being a hole. All was explained to me before and after the operation. It's been an epiphany for me. BOTH nostrils are supposed to work. Imagine that. I recommend SE MI ENT and especially NP Y-VV & Dr. M. Toma to anyone with nasal malfunctions. I'm glad that I finally made the move.

If I could give zero stars - I would. Let's start from the beginning. The building is trashy. The…read moreoffice is dirty and super run down. The waiting room is tiny and the wait was over 45 minutes after my appointment (I i arrived early). All nurses seemed to be young college students, which normally doesn't matter...... keep reading..... The nurse who came in to ask the typical questions - had a sucker in her hand. I thought she was gonna give it to a child in the waiting room. I was wrong. It was hers. She opened it and was sucking on it the entire time. And not a small dumdum sucker..... Waited again for awhile. The doctor - God bless him - had to have been 90+ years old. He slowly walks in - dropping tools along the way and leaving them there, either for the nurse to pick them up or that was their permanent spot. After dealing with a clogged ear for well over a month, and now accompanied by pain - I decided it was time for an ENT. He said nothing is wrong and sent me on my way. I was shocked. Still am. The nightmare isn't over. The two younger male nurses at the front desk (right by the tiny waiting room and where myself and another woman were sitting 2 feet away) - decided to look through the doctors phone to see how many "apps he had open". Their laptops were on the counter in plain sight - with very work inappropriate stickers all over the front. They continued to swear and make a scene. Please save yourself the trouble, money, time and your health and go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

This office provides both primary care and urgent care. It's great being able to get urgent care from your own PCP, especially when a cold or flu hits. He is good at taking a medical history and watches long term trends.
