While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners. On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. I can't recall how we found Peter (owner of Northeast Radiant) but thank goodness we did. He is now our plumber, well water guru and heat/air guru. His wife, Gina, schedules appointments and is completely responsive and wonderful to work with. They may be family-owned but to be clear, they have state of the art equipment, services and technicians. They are extremely advanced in their field so I don't at all mean to convey this is a "mom and pop" business; they are ultra professional. This house is beyond complicated - totally custom and painfully expensive to figure out - and Peter came in to clear up a long list of issues with precision. If you want 5-star service and no "run-around" results, call them. They won't swindle you and they won't let you down. And on top of that mentioned he'll charge me extra to fix the leak he was originally supposed to have fixed. I went by the positive reviews, but I think most are fake. According to AI, fake positive reviews are rampant in the plumbing business. I also think he isn't licensed, or at least I couldn't find him in the database of NY state licensed plumbers. I'm kicking myself for being too trusting. I should've done more research. In any case, if you have to use this plumber, proceed with caution. May the force be with you!
