Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue…read more- he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

We called this company to come take a look at a leak we had coming from our bathtub into the…read morekitchen ceiling. They sent someone the next day, and they said absolutely nothing about a service charge or any kind of charge for coming out to look at the leak. The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. It's just so shady.

I have NEVER had an issue with billing from Montanari in 11 years of service. I am a real, local customer of Montanari** I've been using Montanari for heating oil delivery, boiler maintenance, HVAC installation and maintenance, and other related equipment (whole house humidification, air filtration, etc.) since 2007. I recently had them rework my HVAC, add a zone, install a commercial grade dehumidifying system, and other work. All was done professionally, on time, and within budget. I have always found Montanari Fuel to be honest, responsive, well informed and reasonable with job estimates. Montanari is a locally owned and operated business. They were highly recommended to me when I moved to town, and I remain a customer to this day. I grade very tough (as is evident from my other Yelp reviews.) I am confident in giving Montanari five stars.

Throughout the years, Sementa or TJB Plumbing as it is known now have been excellent with service & kindness. I recently had a gas leak which they repaired & the employees were excellent. They were polite, empathetic & all-around a pleasure to deal with, bravo. Once again, thank you for your excellent customer service.

I contacted Cobra on a Friday afternoon when my AC died. I reached the owner, who said he would be…read moreby the next morning to assess. He could not come in the morning because of rain. We communicated via text and it was normal--he said he was looking forward to helping and would call me Monday morning. He did not miss an opportunity to comment about how I should have had it serviced over the years, which I acutely felt bad enough about already. Some technical friends tried to help me Saturday afternoon (it had stopped raining early) by replacing the capacitor. I shared that information with him. He said something strange about 'probably' calling Monday. For context: it was in the middle of a brutal heat wave, and I have 2 kids and a dog. I left a msg and texted on Monday and was . . . GHOSTED. No response at all. It would have been (somewhat) professional to just tell me they couldn't help at that point, but to ghost a potential customer was unbelievably unprofessional.
