My dealings with Mo positive. About 3 Years ago Cathy (New Owner) Referred me to a client to Appraise a textile to possibly be framed. Based Upon my Appraisal Expertise and valuation the client had the textile framed at an Extremely High cost Exceeding $7000. Most recently a client commented that the owner made Derogatory statements about me also Breaching Client Confidentiality. The owner (Cathy) told the client she lost the framing client due to my Appraisal Services. Not Only was Cathy the owners statement to the current client Untruthful it was Also Defamatory. In truth the framing was ordered and completed by Cathy based upon my Appraisal Expertise. Whatever transpired with Cathy at Palm Gallery and the client loss would be the Jurisdiction of Cathy and Palm Gallery. I am writing this review due to Cathy owner of Palm Gallery's lack of Veracity Breach Of Client Confidentiality and Defamatory Statements. Having confronted the owner (Cathy) most recently with these statements as her statements about my Appraisal Services were Untruthful and Malicious Without Justification I Would Not Recommend Any clients now or in the future. Accordingly, I had one item framed as well and the Quality for the framing cost Substandard. I now utilize Michael's and No longer need to be concerned with Defamatory, Malicious and Untruthful Statements. I Would Add Cathy Always Solicits Google Reviews Whether They Are Clients Or Not. I Would Urge To BEWARE Of The Gossip, And Malicious Unwarranted Breach Of Confidentiality Statements you maybe subject to by the owner.

Unfortunately, there's not much staff here to help. I had to go to the front cashier and ask someone there where to even find what I wanted. And there's no staff wandering around to ask further questions. I just had to guess and hope for the best. The other problem is that the store is so large that it's hard to discover what's where. You wind up wandering a lot more than you'd like to just going up and down the aisles. I certainly got in my steps this day.
