Nicest people ever, great conversation and help you so much w your vision of the framing itself. The pieces I have done w them now (prob about 6-7 diff pieces) are UNREAL! They crush it each and every single poster I have had done. You get what you pay for w stuff like this... and these will now last me a lifetime vs going a cheaper route. Seriously Linda & Larry crushed it 1000000 percent and I am excited to get some more work done w them soon. Cheers!

I took a broken picture frame and glass for repair. The frame was slightly broken and is a vintage…read morepiece. I was told that they could not repair it and that it required a person who is an expert in furniture repair! I told them that I did not need to have it perfect as the frames were old and worn already. They then expressed that it would take 7 hours at approximately $70/hour to repair!!! I couldn't believe it!!! So I left as obviously the store did not want the business. I went to the art shop in Lake park where they fixed the frame, replaced the glass and changed the hardware in both pictures (I had two matching). Total cost $80 and it was done in less than one week. Shout out to Easel Art Supply in Lake Park!!! Do not bother going to Imperial. They were not helpful or friendly and did not have the knowledge or expertise in framing

I met them through their volunteer work at Arti Gras and was immediately impressed by how community-minded and generous they are with their time and talent. When I needed help hanging a large piece of art in my home, I reached out--and I'm so glad I did. As a woman, I'm always a little cautious about service calls, but they were incredibly respectful, professional, and honest. They didn't try to upsell me or take advantage of the situation.
