Long story short: a family death dissolved a 10 person usufruct arrangement for a 3200 acre oil & natural gas production field and transferred the entire portfolio and ownership for all people to 1 heir not previously in the usufruct. Naturally, the 1 person was ecstatic, but the other 9 were not agreeable to this dissolution. They mounted a pretty intimidating offensive in Probate court with a firm out of New Orleans. Every asset was tied up, bank accounts frozen, production at the field was halted. You name it, and it was going wrong. It was not looking good. In comes RGB, and in 3 weeks they were able to neutralize every single motion from the other side (Sound Mind, Duress, Power of Attorney accusations, even a paternity challenge). Cannot say enough good about this firm. They saw that their client was confused, scared, and at their most vulnerable, then managed to turn around what looked like an unsalvageable situation.
