Competent, Quick, and effective. Due to a family death, they were needed to handle probate and usufruct issues on an oil producing ranch.
Long story short: a family death dissolved a 10 person usufruct arrangement for a 3200 acre oil & natural gas production field and transferred the entire portfolio and ownership for all people to 1 heir not previously in the usufruct.
Naturally, the 1 person was ecstatic, but the other 9 were not agreeable to this dissolution. They mounted a pretty intimidating offensive in Probate court with a firm out of New Orleans. Every asset was tied up, bank accounts frozen, production at the field was halted. You name it, and it was going wrong. It was not looking good.
