If you're looking for a family lawyer who will actually show up prepared, advocate fiercely, and…read moremake you feel safe and supported throughout the entire process, Sarah is it. She ATE and left NO crumbs. From the moment I hired her, I felt a sense of relief. She was responsive, dependable, and incredibly thorough. What stood out the most to me was how seriously she took preparation. Sarah didn't just show up on the day of court and wing it like so many others I've dealt with in the past; she came ready, organized, and sharp. I didn't have to carry the emotional or strategic weight of the case on my own this time. She had my back at every turn and stepped in exactly when I needed someone to speak up for me. Her expertise and presence gave me a sense of calm in a situation that was anything but peaceful. I've had lawyers in the past who left me feeling disappointed and unheard, but hiring Sarah reminded me that good representation does exist; you just have to find the right person. And for me, that was her. While hiring her did require a financial stretch for me, it was absolutely worth every penny. I don't regret a single dollar spent because having someone like Sarah in my corner made all the difference. If I had the means, I'd continue working with her without hesitation. I genuinely wish I could keep her on for my follow-up with the judge, but unfortunately, that's not possible right now. Still, I'm incredibly grateful I had her in my corner when it mattered most. I've got two more years of court ahead, and while I hope I won't need to hire her again (because let's be real, no one wants to be stuck in family court forever), if I ever do, Sarah will be my first call. Thank you, Sarah, for everything. You reminded me what it feels like to be truly represented.

I appreciate that my $100 refund has now been received. However, I want to clarify that this…read moreresolution occurred only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Prior to filing the complaint, I made repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with Fairmax Law over the course of more than a month. I received multiple assurances that my refund would be handled, was referred to the billing department, and was told my request had been escalated and marked as a top priority. Despite those assurances, the refund remained outstanding. It was only after I provided notice that I intended to escalate the matter and subsequently filed the BBB complaint that the business publicly stated the refund had been initiated. My concern was never simply the processing time. It was the repeated follow-ups, lack of a concrete resolution, and the fact that numerous assurances did not result in payment until I escalated the matter. I'm glad the refund has finally been completed, but I believe it's important for prospective clients to understand the full context rather than assume this was simply a routine refund that took 3-5 business days. I consider the financial portion of this matter resolved. However, my concerns about the communication and refund process remain, and I hope Fairmax Law improves how it handles similar situations in the future. Ultimately, the way this situation has been presented publicly seems to emphasize the final outcome while omitting the repeated follow-ups and escalation it took to get there. Resolving an issue after a formal complaint is filed is not the same as handling it professionally from the beginning. In my opinion, the response says more about the company's willingness to acknowledge the full context of a customer's experience than it does about its ability to eventually issue a refund.
