The receptionist or the person that answered the phone asked me if I just want to ask him for free some questions or am I looking to hire him. I said both, I am having tenant issues in one of my SFH and I could use his consultation. She than told me that he is not taking on any new clients. Why did she ask me those questions in the first place if he is not taking on any new clients. It was her tone and she was unprofessional. I would never hire her to answer my phones! He actually convinced me to sign a guilty form without telling me the real sanction and he knows he was lying/withholding the actual plea offer details.
