TL;DR Toxic Workplace, Engage at your Peril…read more You've gotten this far so you are looking past the heavily curated ratings. Good for you. If you have ever worked in a toxic workplace you will sense it here. No one smiles unless it's time to interact with you. Everyone is on pins and needles because they know the purpose: move as many kids through as possible, as quickly as possible, with as little attention to the individual as possible. They are fundamentally unhappy people, you can tell, when they greet you when they go through their scripted lines to get you moving as quickly as possible. A fake smile here to reassure the unwary. Toxic. It comes out in other ways too. If you ask too many questions, ask for alternatives, discuss what is happening, these are things that slow down the conveyor belt. These are absolutely not greeted with happiness, and can land you in hot water. This horrid, well polished treadmill will not give you the service your child deserves. Go elsewhere.

I am one of the more recent patients of Karson Kupiec. I had the pleasure of visiting this office…read morefor the past 2 years, and just recently got my braces removed. Yay! I am a huge fan of this office (very clean and nice), the customer service and scheduling was easy, the reminders were very helpful, and my teeth have never looked better! This is my third time with braces, and the first two times were kind of a bust (with other offices from age 12 to 18). I never wore my retainers and as time went on, I realized how crooked my teeth had gotten (I'm now in my 30s). I am so happy that I was referred to Karson Kupiec. My smile is 1000x better than two years ago and it was worth every penny. At this point, I haven't stopped wearing my retainers because I love my smile, and I don't want my teeth to be crooked ever again. This place is definitely one of the best!

My experience with Dr. Kupiec & staff has been far from pleasant. I had braces put on 2/27/2017 and…read moreI paid $5,580.00, given estimated 18x months treatment time. On 1/24/2018 he took braces off which was 7x months early, and didn't put braces on back teeth. In images taken from second opinion, I could see where back teeth were crooked, plus I couldn't bite down on left side. When expressed concern to his office, I was told to go back to referring dentist who initially wanted to do unnecessary work. This dentist had wanted to replace a perfectly functioning bridge & crown but couldn't give me a valid reason to have replaced, other than causing my chakras to be unaligned (I am not joking!). So having Dr. Kupiec tell me this now was a bit of shock, seeing as how he told me prior to having braces put on, I don't blame you for not having the additional work done. I agreed to ONLY have braces put on with the understanding I wouldn't have the crown or bridge removed. And since then I have sought two other ortho's opinions, in which both quoted me $5,000 plus to have braces put back on to finish what Dr. Kupiec started. Additionally, I paid one of the otho's (Dr. Kieffer) to have an equilibration done, so that I can bite down on left side. I'm frustrated because Dr. Kupiec could have done the same equilibration, also I've been requesting all of my ortho scans/records since Oct 2018 and I have yet to receive. It has been one excuse after another, and now they are asking me to pay them for scans. They said the company who has a copy is charging them $89 dollars. I've asked Kupiec office for the companies name & phone to contact myself but they have yet to provide. One more thing I feel it's important to mention is that Dr. Kupiec's very young girl friend sat in on one of my visits. She was wearing a leather jacket & stilettos which made it all seem very odd. It was left with the impression that Dr. Kupiec was dealing with a jealous girl friend. None the less, it was very unprofessional. Best, Emma

Long story- worth the read…read more My grandson (7) knocked out a permanent tooth, root and all, during soccer practice. My daughter called her current dentists, after hours line and got no response. Another mother on the team had a friend who was a dentist, Dr. Edna Pamaran, who responded immediately for an emergency visit. She worked quickly and efficiently to get the tooth back in. Her empathy and care for someone who wasn't even a patient, is heartwarming. The follow up visit the next day was just as awesome. Every staff member and doctor were amazing and just as kind and friendly.

This place is what every child dentist should strive for, the gold standard. The lobby is bright, there is a play area with a small playhouse/slide. The hygienists started by playing and building rapport with my 3 and 5 year old before even calling them back. My kids loved them and went back with them without issue. They introduced every tool to them throughout the cleaning, made them feel like they were making choices (Do you want me to clean your bottom or top teeth first, etc.) Everyone there understands child psychology, is loving and patient. Our dentist, Dr. Pamaran is brilliant, patient, and just a jewel. My kids did not want to leave and my daughter said, "I'm not scared anymore, I can't wait to go back!!" I wish our pediatricians office was the same. Thank you so so much.

They are communicative and thoughtful in how they approach dental treatment. Sometimes my kids have had a harder time with traditional x-rays because of their sensory sensitivities and if needed, they will use a dental cone beam computed tomography machine which they have in their office as well. They also have something called a Solea laser which is leading-edge equipment that makes things like cavity repair faster and more comfortable. I appreciate dental offices that keep up with technology to improve the patient experience, especially for kids. (Yes, I used to work in the dental industry too!) The office is clean, modern, bright, and the whole team is extraordinarily friendly! Highly recommended!

Last week, my daughter saw Dr. Alvarado for the first time alongside Soli, who has been caring for my kids for years. Together, they were an absolute blessing. They didn't just provide excellent dental care--they created a space where my daughter felt safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and knowledge were evident from start to finish. They took the time to do a thorough exam, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. As a parent, there's nothing more valuable than knowing your children are in compassionate, capable hands. Dr. Alvarado and Soli truly embody that rare combination of excellence and heart. Thank you both for making such a positive impact on our family. Super Dentists is fortunate to have you!

I am extremely upset and honestly shocked by the level of care we received at this office…read more I brought my almost 6-year-old son, who has a disability, in because his face was swollen, his mouth smelled bad, and he had a fever. It was very obvious he had a serious dental issue, likely an infection. Instead, we were seen by someone named Soha Hemmat, who introduced herself as a doctor, but based on this experience, I seriously question her competence. She spent less than two minutes examining my son. No thorough check, no concern, no effort. She dismissed everything as "just a virus," told us to brush his teeth and give him Tylenol, and walked out like the situation didn't matter. That was completely wrong -- and dangerously negligent. My son's fever continued, and his condition did not improve. We had to contact his actual doctor and take him back to be seen again just six hours later. He was properly examined and diagnosed with a clear infection, and immediately given antibiotics. This could have gotten much worse because of her careless and dismissive attitude. I have been coming to this office for four years and have always had professional experiences, which makes this even more disappointing. But this encounter was unacceptable. No parent -- especially one with a child who has special needs -- should be brushed off like this. This office seriously needs to address this situation. Either provide proper training or reevaluate who they allow to treat patients, because this level of incompetence and lack of care is not just unprofessional -- it's dangerous. Be very careful if you are seen by this person.

Sedation was suggested and I was super nervous but decided it was the best route. The staff here including the Dr have been so extremely kind and patient with me. I have never had a dentist be so sympathetic with me and my concerns and her staff as well. Beyond that the work is always done very well and she's always happy to give me all my options and go the least invasive route when possible. Our experience here is always so wonderful and I highly recommend them because our sweet babies deserve the best. Also I want to leave a side note, in the beginning of all this we were offered the SDF route (it turns the cavity black) I had reservations and wanted to try some holistic options. If I could go back I would have done the SDF then and it would have kept us from having to do all this additional work. So if that's something being recommended I highly suggest taking that route.
