We hired this contractor and, to be fair, the quality of the work itself was very good. The…read morefinished project looks great, and the crew clearly knows what they're doing. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. That said, the billing was completely unacceptable. The final invoice came in at nearly double the original estimate, even though the project did not change in scope. There were no major additions, no unexpected issues, and no clear communication that costs were increasing along the way. Getting a bill that far off from the estimate without explanation feels misleading at best. An estimate should be reasonably close to the final cost--not off by such a huge margin with no warning. If there had been transparency or ongoing communication about pricing changes, this would be a very different review. Proceed with caution. The workmanship may be solid, but make sure you get everything in writing and demand clear, upfront communication about costs, because that was a major failure here.

Leaving my family with no AC. I had to pay Add'tl $7k later involving another company. Now, 2nd issue. Confirmed when the hvac installed another company said system is NOT aligned with original airduct, resulting in leakage. I have called beyond numerous times and no call back. This issue, there is no doubt, it's their work for improperly installing it. I'm disgusted Rob Norton will not return a call. I used a different name and number and a different reason for calling inquiring about a new system. He called about 15 minutes later as he was under the assumption I was a new client. I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I would not recommend their services. I hired Land Mapping to complete property staking. The only…read moredocuments they provided were ones I could and have obtained from Registry of Deeds. They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. A separate survey crew hired by a neighbor came by the day after our property was staked. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.
