We were greeting by a cheery "Hello!" and a friendly smile. I mentioned what I'd read on the website and she took us to the cooler. It was filled with fresh, beautiful colors and smelled amazing. I explained that my child wanted to put together a bouquet for her friend for the opening night of a play. I mentioned a budget and my daughter chose exactly what flowers she wanted. This sweet woman made suggestions as appropriate and wrapped it all together into a beautiful bouquet. She even offered to put little water tubes on each stem so they would stay fresh. We brought our own note, which she attached, and we walked out with exactly the beautiful flowers my daughter wanted for her friend. Both women with whom we interacted were friendly, professional and knew everything we needed. They were also very encouraging to my child who was sporting a cast. Wonderful experience, which I highly recommend. Go choose your own flowers. Put it together exactly as you want it. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back.

Please make sure Mellow the owner knows exactly what you want and ask her to price it in writing so you are not surprised about 6 weeks before the wedding with a quote that is double what was said earlier. 2. My impression is that she is not aware of the cost of the flowers and this could result in her initially underestimating the cost and wasting a lot of your time. I was told about 6 weeks before the wedding that the cost of the flower arrangements would be double and I had to scramble to find another florist. Also, she said she would refund the deposit as it was her fault that we could not go with her but in the end she did not give us back the money. SS

The first 2 purchases went well as the employees checking me out were discounting my buys. Then the last time Elaine checked me out and didn't discount my purchase. I didn't catch it on the spot until later that day. So I call. Elaine explained after looking at previous purchasing invoices I made that I didn't qualify for a discount. She went on to explain how she and her husband look at end-of-the-year invoices, then decide who will get contractor discounts. Based on who had more-larger transactions for the year. I then voiced I felt that wasn't fair. Elaine then raised her voice and told me I wasn't going to tell her how to run her business. She then hung the phone up. I remember when Elaine and her husband only had one small backhoe and one silo. Well before the commercials and the successes, she's had on the backs of hard-working contractors and starters businesses like myself. Back when she was a starter business and needed customers like me. Back when she treated EVERYONE EQUALLY and with a friendly smile. It may be your business Elaine, but you're the one that has to sleep with your conscience at the end of the day! When you retire what people will say about you should be worth more than all the money in the world. Money can't buy ethical behavior, integrity, and legacy, period.

Through all of the research luckily we found Doug and his team. He was very responsive and knows what he is doing. He even met me at a local Starbucks in the state I live in to meet me for the first time and get things started. WOW. Quality service at its finest. He did flowers first which is amazing because we will make you some of the best flower arrangements you've seen! Our day went perfectly and if anything went wrong we had no idea! He helped coordinate our large bridal/groom party and it was all beautiful! He was by far the best decision we made throughout the entire process. Without him I don't know what we would have done. The two companies have a partnership. Paint pottery there & fill candle here for $35.00. Sierra was only staff present. Only a couple and myself there. She greeted me as soon as I entered & got me started with the process. She balanced proving service with me & other guests very well. She provided clear instructions & eventually I had a one-on-one experience. She answered all of my questions about this new business. It's clear she's passionate about being there and enjoys what they offer. She confirmed that this business is owned by a black woman. I love supporting all women in business! I filled the two jars I came with and added another as a gift for my Mom. Pour process was very easy and mess-free. I like the variety of scents and candle jars available. I feel like there is really something for men & women. There space can accommodate moderately large size groups (up to 60 people). I definitely want to return during their self-care Sundays and get some body butter or other body item. I'm very pleased with my selections. I burned one candle already & it smells great & my living room space was filled perfectly with the scent I created in the air! I really appreciate that they keep good records of customer creations so that I can replenish when needed.
