My doctor has been helping me with an issue that occurred post C-section: keloid scar. I've had two csections & this is the first time I've seen results via after care with Kaiser! I came here a few weeks ago for a laser treatment followed immediately by steroid injections (OUCH). My scar is in the best shape it's been in ever. There is one more treatment to be done at this location & I am thrilled to see what the end results are going to look like so I can keep regaining my confidence back & for the pain to stay away. All of the office staff are so thorough, friendly, & welcoming. The nurses explained to me what to expect prior to the doctor entering, & service took maybe 10 minutes in total, half of that time was the consult.

The nurse who helped me was friendly, caring, and made me feel at ease, especially since I was quite nervous when I arrived. I didn't have to wait long in the room before my doctor came in. The doctor was very friendly, listened attentively, and made me feel completely understood. By the time I left, I felt relieved, happy, and excited to celebrate. The whole point of making appointments for the flu clinic is that you are not supposed to be waiting around inside with lots of other people - You are supposed to be in and out safely. Once we got called it was very easy. But please tell people that if they don't have appointments they cannot come in the building. They could check off on the list at the door so that people without appointments are not jumping ahead of people who have appointments, and increasing the time that people are sitting in a waiting room breathing on each other.

First off, so easy to find parking and they're not charging you $10 plus to go see a doctor. I find that ridiculous in other medical buildings. It is so easy to navigate and very clean and calm when you walk in. All the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I walked in to get some bloodwork done, in total, it took less than 10 minutes to check in, get the bloodwork done, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! I was so amazed, I couldn't believe it. Another perk of this location is that when you're done, you can come downstairs to a whole-foods and one of my favorite shopping centers. It cannot get any better.
