Although the venue is relatively nice, our overall experience was poor and the staff were not helpful at all. Where to start... They asked us to have all of the beverages and alcohol there at 12 so the bartenders can prep and get set up. They didn't show up until 4 so all the beer was hot and we were there unnecessarily early. I also had several complaints the bartender was rude and they shutdown the bar without a last call or warning. The pool we were supposed to be able to use was full of algae. Nope! The chairs were set up for 250 people, we needed 140 and there was no aisle to separate the grooms and brides guests. When we requested the change, we were told we would have to do it and put the chairs back at the end of the night or be charged $1000. No soap in the bride's bathroom, flowers were dead at the pavilion, and be prepared to bring everything... If its not a table or chair you better have it because they don't. On a day like that, the devil is in the details and the details were lacking. Could have been a much better experience.

After working…read moreon the wedding industry for 21 years I have never run into a venue who has attendants barging into the bridal sweet to rush everyone! We had 9 people to style full hair and makeup for a 5:30 ready time yet they wouldn't allow us into the venue until 1pm.... Even if we rushed that is an impossible task and left everyone in the room panicking and rushing. The joy of the big day was ruined by their poor and unprofessional timing for this wedding party. Set up should have been at least halfway don't the night before and whoever needed to sleep in should have been up and letting us all in that morning. I've needed venues open by 6-8am many times and they make it work. They don't book the party, set impossible timing goals and not allow the party to be in until mid afternoon! They didn't even allow time for touchups. I hope I never have to work this venue again unless they start thinking about their guests and make their expectations more reasonable to my sweet brides can be relaxed, comfortable and happy.

It felt like a venue from Tuscany. You can tell they take pride in their landscaping as it's beautiful all the way around from front to back. Greenery everywhere, flowers, water running-everything you'd want for a wedding. They have two places where your ceremony can take place-outside back by the forested area or in the courtyard. Both beautiful areas but the wooded area was a DREAM. The sun shining through the trees and the long pathway down to the altar made it stunning. There was plenty of seating for everyone too. We did use the courtyard for cocktail hour, and it was such a good space for chatting, relaxing, and photos!! The inside was also Beauuutiful! A very large room surrounded by big glass windows. They set everything up for us and made each table look so elegant and beautiful. The staff did a wonderful job. The bride's suite was also Unreal!!! The most gorgeous getting ready space with plenty of mirrors and outlets. It has your own personal bathroom, kitchen area, and lounging area. It made the day even that more special! The groom's suite was smaller but still nice with a nice TV as well. Our experience with staff was also great from start to finish as well. Overall, this space is absolutely incredible. I would get married here if I lived here!!

We went during an afternoon to do some skeet shooting off a big porch, the owner made it all into a huge game / challenge and it was awesome. He is super funny, clever and knowledgeable. I was singing its praises when he told me that we haven't even seen what they are known for. Apparently this place is designed for night. They have lots of crazy lights and the skeets glow in the dark. They also have axe throwing and other things to do. I will be back FOR SURE!!
