Terrific small Italian-focused cafe (pizza, cheesesteaks, etc) with friendly staff, great food and nice mellow ambience. The Philly cheesesteak was among the best I've had outside Philadelphia Southside. My friends got pizza that was equally good. Portions are huge. The staffers are friendly and funny. The ambience is very mellow and neighborhood-y Oddly enough there also an Eggroll Kingz ordering kiosk too

Small Detroit style pepperoni pizza

The pizza was good, but it definitely could use more cheese. The sauce has a bit of a spicy kick to it, and I would personally prefer the pepperoni to be cooked more well-done; when it isn't crisp, it has an earthy taste that I don't really care for. This is my second time ordering from Stella's. While the pizza is generally good, there is definitely room for improvement to make it great.

Original Philly

The Philly steak and the Detroit style pizza are second to none in the area.. service was fast and friendly and the store is very clean and inviting. A must try. I put Stella's cheesesteak up against any others in the area. Brg Stop, wicked, montano's . Watch out for Stella's. Don't sleep on this one....

Gluten Free Detroit Style. Great, not heavy like many GF pizzas.

First time here. Not last time. Pizza's were great. My son ordered the Gluten Free meat lovers and we also got the Detroit 1946 (cupped pep and sausage) Both pizzas were great and Stella was amazing. You can tell she puts her whole heart in this place.

Big shout to Meri S. for recommending the Las Olas Louie Bossi's location on Martini Mondays (50%…read moreoff martinis). A buddy and I arrived at around 5:30 and the bar was already standing room only (Happy Hour 4-7p at the bar). We managed to squeeze in and grab a couple martinis. Sam the bartender was a pro and she made some killer drinks and filled those martinis to the rim...we couldn't raise a toast without spilling our drinks! The crowd at the bar skewed a tad older, for those interested in an older crowd. The pizzas and drink deals were great so I will return again during the wk for a quick bite.

It was uncomfortably loud to the point where we couldn't hear each other despite sitting right next to one another. The outdoor area was covered, however I still experienced a few rain drops. I ordered the prosecco pop which was a fun drink! It was prosecco with a cherry popsicle inside of it! It was delicious. For brunch, I ordered the eggs and prosciutto. It came with ricotta on the 2 pieces of bread. One piece of bread had egg and the other had the prosciutto. It was very fresh! Loved my meal. The service was fantastic! The tables outside are quite low to the ground. Will definitely come back soon!

With kid's portion penne Alfredo (I wanted to try their pasta), avocado salad, and calamari appetizer. Both pizzas were very good, I strongly recommend it to everyone. Their pasta is also good, even for the kid's menu the portion was generous and the price fair. The only thing I don't really recommend is the avocado salad. Yes we were a party of three so we finished most of the salad but the flavor just wasn't there and the texture was off for me too. The avocado is mushy and discolored, and I personally prefer the sliced or diced avocados for avocado salad. The parking is limited so get there early or on a slower day. I think I would recommend this place to others and be back again in the future.

Service! My husband called to ask if they had lunch specials…read moreand they said they did until 4pm. We walk over, sit down and ask what the lunch specials are and the waitress says they don't have any. When we told her we had called she said well the only special is the personal 8" pizza with up to 3 toppings. Then she says there is a lunch size house or cesar salad. There are no lunch prices listed anywhere. When we ask her for the prices, she has to look it up on her handheld ordering machine. She says the salads are $7.95 and the pizzas are $8.95 with up to 3 toppings. We each order a lunch salad and a personal pizza with up to 3 toppings. Salad was a good size. Pizza was OK. Very thin and very light on toppings. When we get the bill, it is higher than we thought. But my husband pays. I look at the itemized receipt and see that we were charged $1.50 per topping. I ask her about the bill and remind her she said the pizza was $8.95 with up to 3 toppings. She says, yes but the toppings are $1.50 each. I tell her she never said that and how am I supposed to know. And if I am paying for the toppings, why would you limit me to 3? It doesn't make sense. She said she was sorry but didn't offer anything to make it right. I shook my head, laughed and walked out. Total bait and switch. Never going there again.

Wow, wow, WOW! Authentic, quaint, affordable, and SO good!…read more This little spot was such a great find in Fort Lauderdale. The staff was incredibly friendly, and many of them speak Italian, which added to the authentic feel of the restaurant. My husband ordered the fettuccine bolognese, I had the tortellini Alfredo, and the kids went with pizza. Everything was delicious! The pasta had so much flavor but still tasted light and fresh. You leave satisfied without feeling overly full or tired afterward. I also loved that you can modify your pasta bowl and make it exactly how you want it. The restaurant itself is super cute and cozy, and one of the biggest surprises was the price. It's actually affordable, especially for Fort Lauderdale! They also bring out fresh bread, which was SO good. Great food, friendly service, authentic atmosphere, kid-friendly, and reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and try this place. You will not regret it!

However, the pizza was delicious and the pizza making class was fun and interactive. We each got to make our own pizza dough and then made a pizza with the ingredients we wanted (spicy salami is spicy and delicious). And when I went to get a Nutella pizza, the pizza chef, said he would make a special one: zepolle with sugar and Nutella with a side of fresh whipped cream and strawberries: soo good! Come for the class and enjoy the pizza!! Great thing to do as couples or date night.

It feels like you're at a tasting room in Napa. We opted to sit at the bar to enjoy the happy hour specials. There's no set happy hour menu, but they offer $3 off select wines and specialty cocktails and $2 off shared plates. Our waiter went through all the wine options for the happy hour and he was really helpful. He even recommended his favorite wines. I started with a glass of the Stemmari Pinot Grigio which was incredibly crisp and refreshing. Then I switched over to the J. Bookwalter "Notebook" red which was a favorite of mines for the rest of the afternoon. It's a blended wine, so it offers a lot of complex flavors. Very lovely. I also love the seating at the bar. They have an open view to the outdoors, so it feels very spacious. The bar isn't overly crowded. It's also nice to see all the wines they offer on tap. For food, we decided to stick to the shared plates so we can enjoy the specials. Starting off with the burrata which was so good!!! The burrata is served on a large piece of ciabatta with tomato & garlic confit and a basil pesto. It was incredible! We also tried the Brussels which were a flavor bomb! I loved the combo of the kung pao vinaigrette that gave it a subtle salty sweetness mixed with a little of the spicy peppers. It was such an amazing combo! And we finished it off with the truffled vineyard fries. These are no regular fries.... These are layered potatoes that are thinly sliced and fried, so the layers get really crispy and make for some yummy truffle fries! It's served with a lemon truffle cream which I loved. I think the cream did a nice job of balancing the heaviness of the fried potato given that it was on the greasy side. I am over the moon with their presentation, service, food and wine options. It is an amazing option for Happy Hour on Las Olas or for an evening of wine tastings!
