I visited late Sunday night and it was loud and very busy however not too busy where there might be a line at the counter or no where to sit. The menu is standard; sugar filed, chocolately drinks and desserts the chain is known for at a premium price. As you walk in, there is a great display of ice cream and cakes and the staff were very friendly. The wait was about 10 minutes for a sundae however that wasn't a big issue for me and it was very satisfying. The place itself makes it a great place to catch up with friends or go on a date and I would recommend it. Keep in mind there is free table water which you will likely need as all the items are very sweet and rich!
