The damage ruined the ceramic tile in the second- floor bathroom as well as the vanity and carpet. The first-floor bedroom, carpet ceiling, furniture, King size bed was also ruined. I called American Reliable Insurance first, then called Phoenix Restoration. Rick from Phoenix arrived within an hour and begin the remediation. This required putting in about 3 large humidifiers and pulling up the carpet. They also moved the furniture out and removed the drywall from the ceiling. I was happy to let Phoenix put a lock box on the house and begin work. American sent Jeff Finch the adjustor from White Insurance Adjustors, and he worked with Melinda Tomisser at American Adjustors to put together the claim. Pat Broom, who heads up Phoenix Restoration also came to the site. Pat, Rick and Stacy took charge and managed the entire process from beginning to end. I cannot say enough about the quality of these three companies, and the professional manner, in which they handled this situation. Leon Frazier

Solicited a couple vendors for window washing & selected this business operated by Frank Mannone…read morebecause he took the time to drive to my home to provide an estimate within a couple days of the request. Other vendors either did not call back or provided a potential cost based on the number of windows without visiting & I suspected that cost would only escalate due to varying window sizes. Frank showed up early for the appt, was very personable, had all the right equipment to include ladders, and got right to work. He treated the windows as if doing his own home; looking at the individual glass from various angles, both inside and outside of the house, making sure he saw no streaks or missed areas. We were also pleased that he meticulously wiped out all the dirt & pollen accrued on the sills over the last year. We will definitely schedule him annually for this service as well as keep him at the top of our list for ANY of the handyman services he offers in addition to the windows.

With it being close to a year since our house build be started having issues with the flooring coming up. Unfortunately, we've had to have 2 other contractors come out and "patch" the flooring in the problem areas and now my floor that I once loved looks like crap.
