The guys who did the work came about 9:00 and in one single day stripped our roof and replaced it. Their clean up was amazing, they spent 1 1/2 hours in clean up. We have found only 5 nails since they left and those were in the cracks of the driveway and grass. After the work was done I had a question about a cosmetic issue and Cameron came by himself and took care of the issue. They do what they say they will do!

The task of replacing our roof was (we thought) a daunting one. While we knew it was time, we were…read moreuncertain of what we were dealing with, in terms of damage or issues, from the start. Once we placed the call for a quote, Owner Kyle Redding and Restoration Consultant Service Specialist Asheton Welch were immediately scheduled. At the appointment, a thorough inspection of our roof was conducted, and an explanation with photos was provided, along with many replacement options to guide us in the direction we could go. What we didn't realize was that there was damage due to a recent storm, so Kyle and Asheton took the extra time explaining how everything could go should we decide to file a claim via our homeowners insurance, as well as variations in the two roofing brands offered and the benefits of each. At the onset, we had initially wanted to get a few companies to come out to provide quotes... but our questions on cost and concerns were put to rest within the first 30 minutes of talking with Kyle and Asheton. We knew there wasn't another company that would take care of our home, better than if we did it ourselves. After the best replacement choice for our home's needs was made, their team was scheduled and the entire job (along with gutters installed) was completed within two days. Asheton came out when both the roof and gutters were being done, and stayed the entire time. She was beyond kind, answered our questions, and walked us through each step being performed, making certain we were comfortable all along the way. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire Allegiance team is attentive to the homeowners' needs and desires, highly knowledgeable in their field, as well as diligent in communication with not only their customers, but also in dealing with insurance companies. The entire process was effortless, leaving us immensely happy with our new roof. We highly recommend Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors as the most reliable and affordable roofing company for your roof replacement needs.

They worked with me to cut out work that would add to price and was not important to me. They offered many suggestions and all employees I dealt with were friendly. Our project turned out great. My wife and I cleared out the underbrush in the wooded area of our backyard. This left many small stumps and roots that made it hard to walk without constant tripping hazards. ELP excavated the area and removed the large brush pile that we had accumulated. We wanted to mulch area to help reduce growth if weeds. They recommended a product called "triple ground" which is ground bark with a. Little sand but looks similar to dirt. Time will tell how it holds back weeds, but the product looks perfect!!! The ELP equipment operators were very impressive and showed their experience. They used a small backhoe and I witnessed them delicately moving the boards on ground around with the backhoe (boards to protect lawn) and they used backhoe grip to grab dead tree trunks and turn them to snap off branches when laying them in pile. I was in awe by their experience! ELP placed boards on lawn to protect it, which was great attention to detail. We had a few small tree casualties that we had hoped to save but their root system was impacted and took out the tree. We were sad to lose them but understand this was a risk when we are clearing out other stumps and roots. The ELP operators did their best. I highly recommend this company!

They put the pipe in the ground but no rocks around the pipe and the end of the pipe sits where the water will pool under my fence. Two days after having it installed it rained. My patio looked like nothing was done, still flooded. I spoke with who I presume is the owner and sent him pictures of the pooled water on my porch and mentioned that my neighbor, who has a french drain, had no standing water in on her porch. He assured me they would fix it because he did not want a dissatisfied customer. I've been waiting over 3 weeks and he has ignored my messages. They have my money, and I still have a flooded patio when it rains. Humm, that's a problem I don't want anyone else to go through. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their problem. Not a happy customer!

Last thing we had to do was pull the old carpet to be finished. I was at work on Tuesday (3 days until family arrives) when the wife decided to start pulling it without me... I received a call with terrible news... Beneath the carpet was what we thought to be beautiful oak plank, but in reality was patchy oak vinyl. Being that there is no industry in Shellman Bluff, GA. I started searching for the nearest flooring company when I came across "Hinseville Carpet and Flooring" company. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Paul, who happened to be the owner. I explained my situation to him. He was genuinely sympathetic, but said that his books were full for the foreseeable months and he would see what he could do. He then personally drove to our house and saw what we were up against! He got me a quote within a couple hours, and I couldn't believe the price he gave me for my 911 flooring situation! It felt like a friend and family discount! I immediately approved it! He called me later that afternoon and said that he shifted his schedule and could get us taken care of Thursday morning (1 day to family arrival)! A super friendly and professional crew of 5 showed up at 0930 and immediately got to work. They did such an amazing job that I had to give them each a sizable tip! They cleaned up everything inside and out and were gone by 1100 and we were left with a majestic makeover!!! I highly recommend this company! He could have charged me double and I would have paid it, knowing the quality of workmanship! Thank you Hinseville Flooring!!!
