Booking was super easy, and I loved that they use an app where you can view your appointments and invoices all in one place. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.

Carlos is an extremely professional and a nice guy. He cleaned the carpet and walls for my entire house and that alone immediately brightened the vibe. The carpet was fluffy and so clean, I'll never go back to renting a rug doctor. Due to the nice work with my carpets, I also had him clean a white couch that needed refreshing. Not only did it look refreshed...it looked brand new like when I first purchased it. My spot cleaner just doesn't do justice compared to professional cleaning. In addition to carpet cleaning, Carlos is very connected to the community and has helped me several times with additional help and resources...quickly. For example I had an issue with my sink drain, all plumbers around were busy for at least a week. We called Carlos and someone was at our door within a few hours to fix that and install a new faucet.
