No returned phone calls, protracted appointment times, delayed filling of medications, and grumpy front office staff. Note: She has just sent a letter notifying patients she is moving to concierge medicine. You will now have to pay an extra out-of-pocket $2,600 annually to get into her office. Good luck.

I showed up for my doctors appointment today and walked in before my appointment even started and got turned away because whoever scheduled my appointment didn't schedule it correctly!!!!!! I've never had an issue here until now....looks like I'll be looking for a new doctors office!!!

The entanglement between modern-day healthcare clinicians seems more like Abbott & Costello…read moreparadox. A simple appointment will have you wondering who treated who. What job title is on their badge. And thirdly, you don't even know your doctor's name. A 3 week wait for a yearly physical should have been routinely simple. Instead, the front desk duo insisted on an 85 dollar payment for an unconfirmed missed appointment. Although they claim to be in a position of billing and scheduling. They refused to rectify the situation, stating i needed to call a third-party billing department. Furthermore, they refused to allow me to speak to the primary physician about this eronous billing issue. Today was the day i fired Reliant as my primary provider. Another example of how a company fails to provide reliable healthcare do to unethical and incompetent gatekeepers.

It was my first experience with Elizabeth C., and it was an excellent one! She evaluated my symptoms, determined what she felt the cause of my problem was, and addressed the condition the most appropriate prescription. Positive results were seen very quickly. Everyone has their horror stories of various Doctors and medical practices that they have personally experienced (and I just left one of those practices), but my experiences with ACE to date, have been excellent and first class.

All my records are open to the public and anybody could look at them if they want. Theyve botched up four separate times and thid one was really bad. it's being taken care of by Southwest Medical properly not by Ace ( acehole ) primary..... ... do not pick this office for your primary... be safe....

His care for my child really stands apart from the other practitioners we've seen over the years, including the very top MAPS- certified doctors in the country. Through my journey I have gained a lot of expertise in the biomedical treatment of autism symptoms and I can say that his recommendations are the best there is. His reports are very detailed and thorough. The supplements he recommends are the very best in terms of quality, but also from the perspective of ease of administration for a child. Now, if this is your first biomedical consult, you might be overwhelmed by the number of supplements he recommends. The way I look at it is he puts everything on the table so you can take over as Dr. Mom/Dad. This saves you money. Other practitioners might make things simple by offering one supplement recommendation per visit, but you have to keep going back to pay them more. The most important thing is my child is making real progress! Family, friends, teachers and therapists are commenting that they see the difference. I'm also grateful to Dr. Nik for pushing me to try S2C. I didn't really believe him, but it turns out he was right. My child is a brilliant speller!!!!
