They give you no prices over the phone as I wasn't a patient yet. I had no idea there was a consult fee/what it would be until I was there...350$ and didn't know the price of the shot when I asked. it wasn't until afterwards that the person at the front desk at Front desk gave me an 800 number for cost estimation. To make a long story short I was billed about 512.20$ for this shot...83.00$ to admin the shot, and 158.00$ a facility fee...the shot...was way over average price...since I paid the consult out of pocket they deducted some leaving me w/ 414.26 which is still outrageous...I spoke to cost estim after the fact they didn't do anything, sent me to billing they couldn't do anything & they refer'd me to Patient Relations...what a joke & not helpful they didn't do anything...I emailed to higher up admin they never responded...Don't go to the Travel Clinic Part...go anywhere else most places give you an idea of pricing / range...this place will send you a surprise bill...Very unprofessional bad experience...I should have an idea on pricing esp when requesting...Worst Customer Relations Experience I've ever had they can save money not bothering to hire someone not to help.

The patient care spaces are newly renovated with updated and clean seating (I am a super freak about this, so this earns extra stars from me). My doc isn't based out of here so I've only visited for referral stuff and urgent care. In every case, the staff members have been friendly and efficient. I'm generally in and out relatively quickly, even in the case of urgent care. It's clean, close to home and everything you need is at one location. Question to Aurora - do you really need THREE big ass clinics so close together?

He only ever talked to me with a prescription pad in hand ready to prescribe me some new pills to take. It never seemed like he put much thought into any of my cases since in his opinion I was too young to have any problems. Tell that to the kids who are living in hospitals around the country with cancer or other serious illnesses. I told my new doctor that, and they laughed at how ridiculous those comments are. On one occasion he did not even show up to his office for my appointment time, so I had to reschedule. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, then keep looking because you will be underwhelmed by both the level of of service and bedside manner you receive with him. I was referred by my primary Dr and at first everything seemed great. I had a CT scan that showed…read moremy nasal passage was narrow and showed inflammation. They recommended a turbinate reduction and ballon sinuplasty. After a few weeks I was getting better air flow through one side but not the other in fact I wasn't getting any air through the one side. I mentioned this on my 6 week post op and the PA said that was due to my septum deviation and the bump out blocking my air way. She said if they were to shave it down that would solve it and I could talk to the Surgeon at 12 weeks. I scheduled an appointment with the Dr after waiting 30 min in the room he came in and said sorry I went in to the wrong room... I told him what the PA told me would fix my issue, he told me how much he hates surgery and recommended a different procedure an ablation and another turbinate reduction. I scheduled that and 1 week post op the office manager says the Dr tried calling you 2 days after your procedure he forgot to do the ablation did you get his message. I said no I didnt receive any phone call from anyone that day and showed her my phone, she said oh I wonder who he called... she said we'll you already paid so you can skip the procedure and we can refund you or we can schedule another day for that procedure. I ended up going back again having another procedure to finish the job that should have been done the first time. Now after 12 weeks post op I'm breathing worse than when I went in the first time. The Dr response was well we did a lot in a sensitive area and it needs more time to heal since it's only been 2 months I had to tell him twice its been 3 months and still he said let's give it another 6 weeks and come back for another $80 appointment no thanks I'm done! I went and got another opinion from a different clinic, that ENT went in with the scope saw my septum and said this should have been a siniplasty to fix my deviation. Im now scheduled for a surgery to fix it with this ENT. Thanks for wasting my time and money as I had to pay out of pocket! I wont ever go back and I wont recommend them to anyone! Mysteriously the PA that told me I needed surgery to start with doesnt seem to work there anymore.
