I was stressed and thought I would be waiting days, but they got me in the very next day, even late in the afternoon. What impressed me most was how quickly they handled everything. They had a new retainer ready for me within just a few hours, which honestly felt unbelievable given the situation. For anyone with orthodontic needs, that kind of responsiveness means everything. Her team went above and beyond. One of the lab staff members even worked through their break to help get it done, and I truly cannot thank them enough for that. They also gave me excellent referrals and recommendations for other dental specialists, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Professional, compassionate, efficient, and genuinely caring. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Steinle and her team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you have orthodontic needs and want a practice that truly shows up for their patients.

She told me something that made sense and something no other dentist had told me before. My mouth is small. When I take everything into consideration, I realized how right she was. Soon after she took care of me, I met Dr. Roberts. He was a gentleman from the start. I would come in with my backpack that I use and he would put it up on the hooks for me, pull it down for me, and even assured me that he wanted to do anything he could to make sure I was comfortable with their business there. He brought about a great first impression. I was checked out by Marsala, who is always in such a great mood too. My second visit, I saw Dr. Guerra. He examined what was going on with my mouth and claimed some of my crowding and health problems with my teeth were completely beyond my control and that without treatment, there was no way to properly take care of my teeth. My third visit, we started talking about extractions and possibly braces. The idea kind of freaked me out, but I went with it because I know for a fact I need them badly. My fourth visit, I came back and had the first tooth of four extracted. It didn't go bad at all. I am a person with high pain tolerance, but the idea of pulling teeth mentally freaked me out. Dr. Roberts numbed me up good and got it. My fifth visit, I had my braces put on by the orthodontist. Two days later and already see teeth moving. It's incredible. My sixth visit and the one I had most recent, I had three teeth extracted. The first two were easy, but the one I had that grew into my palette was painful. He tried Novocaine and all he could to remove any pain I was feeling. Unfortunately due to this tooth being on the bone, he couldn't fully numb it, but it was not his fault at all... he tried! .... He succeeded to numb it where he could and even though I felt the zing running through that tooth, he got it. Whenever I was in pain, he would stop to make sure I was okay. So here I am, awaiting to see the ortho in a little under two weeks. This place is great. I feel as though I've never been more comfortable with a dentist more so than I have been with Dr. Roberts and his staff. A+ all around. Give them a shot. Just don't steal my appointment times or Ill be mad. ;D

My original dentist is on Cape Cod, but I needed a root canal and the Cape was booked out so I chose to go to Vagenas in Brockton (red flag 1 because nothing good ever comes out of Brockton). Anyway, I went and had my root canal and despite my judgement it went really well! I had to schedule another root canal for a second tooth. I went into the office, he numbed me, began work and I could still feel it so he numbed me again, ( he didn't even wait a few mins before starting again for the numbing to begin working), then I could still feel it. The minute I complained he ripped everything out of my mouth (literally) and told his assistant to reschedule me. ( which was confusing to me because I was already majority numb, and for my first canal he numbed me as much as I needed). He then told me next appointment do not drink coffee, don't smoke marijuana, or take any drugs (none of which I did).. so I'm just confused as to WHY you would treat a patient like that & what's the difference between today and next time? If he numbs me next time and it's not enough is he just going to send me home again? So now I took a morning off work, didn't get any work done, with a half numb face, & root canal that STILL needs to be done. Beyond unprofessional. & then the front office is a deer in headlights when I'm expressing my frustration, speechless, no apology, no explanation, no nothing. & this brings me to my initial comment- nothing good ever comes out of Brockton! Ghetto! I'd rather WAIT for my dental work on Cape where it's PROFESSIONAL. Shame because I actually recommended his work to two of my friends, I'll definitely be letting them know to look elsewhere

Be careful with your teeth if you tell them you're in pain they don't take it seriously. They make you feel like it's in your head. Edit: when I wrote the last review because manager asked me too and I felt pressured. Honestly they have no customer service especially the front desk people. The only person who did their job correctly was the HYGIENIST. She educated me and made me feel safe and comfortable. They filed my teeth without permission when I told them not to, their coworkers tend to flirt while doing your teeth, and they do not inform patients about their prices. They give you one price, you pay, the next visit you come to they tell you that you never paid the full amount and somehow it's the customer fault. They use a booklet to figure out their prices something about that seem outdated. When they wanted to clean my teeth for the first time they told me to hold the light machine and don't move. The light machine was heavy. I had to beg them to give me a machine that isn't broken and I had to go through 3 different people before they will switch me. *******The biggest scam they do is book your appointment, cancel it on their side, when you come in they tell you never scheduled you to come in today and have you reschedule the appointment. When you come into that appointment they(the manager) tell you that you missed your first appointment (that they cancelled) and you owe them 50$. They argue with you constantly and consistently.
