I was a patient at this center for two years while I lived in Henderson. Dr. Kashef was not only…read morethe worst doctor I have ever encountered, but one of the most harmful people I have ever dealt with in my life. It is disturbing that he is still employed here and placed in charge of patient care. No one should ever be treated the way I was by this man. I was repeatedly dismissed, belittled, dehumanized, unheard, and invalidated. As someone battling a serious illness, I was stripped of my dignity simply to receive treatment. There were many days I wished I had succumbed to my illness rather than endure the way I was treated under his care. His behavior caused lasting damage, including severe trust issues with doctors, which is especially harmful for someone with a chronic and serious medical condition. I suffered significant trauma as a result of this experience, trauma that I continue to live with to this day. That is why I am writing this review years later. The nurses in the infusion room were the only positive part of this facility. They showed compassion and care that I did not receive from Dr. Kashef.

Reluctantly, I chose to see someone at the Intermountain Health Whitney Ranch location. It's about as far away from me as you can get. I had an early morning appointment and arrived early. Door was open and staff was busy already inside. I easily completed the necessary paperwork and was whisked inside right at the time of my appointment. Friendly PA and attentive doctor. I felt cared for and heard. I wasn't rushed nor did I feel like I was inconveniencing anyone by asking my questions. I may have thought this visit was a temporary fix, but I would gladly drive for this level of care and plan to stay. Great job!

I turn 56 tomorrow and I will say this has been the most positive visit I have ever had with a doctor.

I was admitted relatively quickly and within a short period of time, the physicians assistant came and spoke to me. Did a basic evaluation. Ordered some blood tests and aCAT scan. Fortunately for me, everything turned out OK and the whole evening was much more pleasant than I had anticipated. Dr. Hernandez came in to discharge me explaining everything and all of my blood tests to me. He was very thorough and his bedside manner was terrific! I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon but I wouldn't worry if I had to, the care was great! I would definitely recommend Henderson ER at Green Valley on Saint Rose Parkway. I do not have one negative comment.

I had to almost argue with them not to cancel my follow up appointment (that I waited months for) when my primary insurance was no longer in network, but my secondary was. The wait time is unacceptable...an entire hour post appt time waiting in the lobby, and another full hour in the room waiting for the doctor. I had to reschedule another appointment that I'll now have to wait several weeks for. I had to scramble to find someone to pick up an order of mine since I was going to be unable to make it before store closing time. And the worst part is after all that waiting, the total time spent with the doctor was a whopping 10 minutes. Feels like it should have been a phone call.

This one is a bit far from my home but they found me an appointment in radiology so here I am . That is what I love about Southwest Medical, you find the care you need even if it means driving a bit further.I love that about them! Convenience with locations all over Las Vegas area and most of their buildings have everything you need in one place. Parking is always plentiful and I've never had an issue with not finding a parking spot that is conveniently by the entrance. I really appreciate being part of Southwest because they have all the doctors and specialists under one roof! This building comes up as Sienna Healthcare on the app but it is a Southwest Medical And Associates building. The office was clean and there is a security information personal in the entrance to answer your questions. The staff here is amazing and they make you feel like they care about your health. They are friendly and professional.

The doctor was spot on in his assessment but unfortunately they can't do ultrasounds so we had to go to Dignity on St Rose for more care. The doctor made sure they knew we were coming and he was really nice. Again he was spot on and we're thankful for his knowledge. Highly unethical, recommend you avoid…read more Very concerning experience with CRC Clinic. Went in to get some banding done, along with my regularly planned colonoscopy. Dr Lyons asked about other symptoms, and I told him I felt somewhat bloated. Ended up getting charged $1000 when I went to my colonoscopy, which is supposed to be fully covered by insurance. Found out Dr. Lyons coded it wrong under "distention" rather than "screening". He refused to correct the coding, telling me it would be medical malpractice. I guess he skipped his law classes in school, because re-coding is a super common occurrence. I know as I run all IT operations for 2 large hospitals. He lied to me to my face about that, then didn't do the banding he was supposed to do, so I ended up being $1000 out for something that was supposed to be fully covered, and still didn't get the primary thing done I went in to see him for. I would recommend that you bypass CRC and go to a clinic that follows ethical standards, unless you have a lot of money you don't want.
