You would also expect that if you discovered an exhaust leak within the first week of owning the vehicle that there would be an effort to work with you to fix it? There again, for an extra $1800 they would happily replace the exhaust. The speedometer was also not calibrated for the tires that were on the vehicle and was told there was nothing they could do to calibrate correctly. Then to top it off, when I brought the truck in for its first routine service appointment (oil change/tire rotation) I discovered that the plug I put in the rear passenger tire just a week prior was still in the same location. Hmm? I do believe there is a consumer protection act that this dealership should be concerned about. The letter has been drafted. They treat you great until the paperwork is signed and the check is cashed, after that, you are merely someone they suckered into buying a vehicle. My son is in the market to buy a new truck, unfortunately, I am not recommending them.

He was courteous and explained everything to me. Sent me up dates as to the process delivered a rental to me and picked up my vehicle and brought it back when the car was done. Only brought it in here because I am at my cabin and wanted to get it done b4 heading on a hunting trip. I typically go to a Chevy dealership in Waupaca or Stevens Point. Both charge me less than $120 for oil change AND tire rotation, well this place came to $182.94. Asked to speak with the service manager, figured the gal at the counter Amanda was wrong (and very rude) but nope, service manager confirmed the price. Save yourself some money and get better service and go elsewhere! I attached my bill so all can see. Way to rip off the consumer Klien! Also- added my multi-point vehicle inspection report. Not even filled out. Over charged and don't even do what they are supposed too! Do yourself a favor and at least call another dealership and compare prices.

All of a sudden I noticed a bulge in one of my tires... I called Klein, the girl named Abbie asked me for all my tire information. Stated she would order me a new tire etc, also stated I would get a call back. I never received a call back. I called this morning about it, they then stated they would do nothing about my tire because it isn't anybody's fault but my own. (only have had this vehicle for four months, spent just shy of 40,000.. AND hardly even drive the vehicle considering my work is walking distance) Now Curt Wegner is telling me there is nothing he can do because it is my own fault and laughed at me on the phone. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Klein at all. ALSO when I picked up my vehicle after spending so much money on it, my gas tank was very low. I have purchased new from other dealerships before, my gas tanks were always full. If you're spending 40,000 on a vehicle I feel the least they could do is help you with such a small issue as a tire malfunction. Klein will not do anything but take your money, ignore your calls, laugh at you & screw you over.
