Himber-Holunder Croissant: Nice stream of raspberry jam inside the flaky croissant. Perfect way to start the day.
Chocolate Madeline: Like a regular Madeline, but with gooey chocolate in the middle. Adds a nice little extra when paired with your coffee.
Pistazie Croissant: I'm beginning to believe I prefer sweet pistachio paste to sweet almond paste. Tastes a bit nuttier and goes well with the croissant dough.
Oranais: The pairing of sweet apricot and sweet cream against the flaky pastry is great.
Schoko Croissant: Better than pain au chocolat, in my opinion, since the croissant is airier. Also, like how the chocolate is more ganache texture than hard.
Quarktaschen: Flaky pastry against sweet cheese. Not as tart as the fruit filled varieties, so a little richer without the contrast.
Laugenecke: Love all the flaky layers. It's kinda like a denser croissant in triangle form.
Käse Laugenstange: Like a big fluffy pretzel stick, covered in crispy cheese. Such a nice savory snack, I almost felt like I needed a beer with this.
Apfel Kuchen: Looks more like a cake bar than a cake. Nice thin slices of apple. Not too sweet.
Schinken-Käse Croissant: Stuffed with ham and covered with cheese. This is one hearty and tasty breakfast option.
Belegtes Baguette: Cute little thin bread sandwich with lots of cheese and a little veggies.
Chocolate Nut Croissant: Reminded me of the Schoko Croissant, but with a Nutella-like filing. Very tasty.
