During my treatment…read moreappointment on May 19, an additional third crown was recommended while I was already in the dental chair preparing for the procedure. I ultimately agreed, but I wish this discussion had taken place during the consultation so I could have considered the treatment and financial implications beforehand. The most concerning part of my experience occurred during my crown placement appointment on June 9. When I respectfully shared this feedback and mentioned that I had already discussed a payment plan for the additional crown with the office manager, Dr. Loeb abruptly left the room and stated that she would not cement my crowns unless payment was made in full. As a patient in the middle of treatment, with three prepared teeth awaiting final restoration, I felt scared, vulnerable, and distressed. I understand that dental practices have payment policies, but I did not expect my concerns to be met in this manner, especially after I had already been working with the office on a payment arrangement. I appreciate Dr. Roman, the office manager, and the practice owner for stepping in, resolving the situation, and allowing my treatment to be completed. However, I believe patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, especially when they are in such a vulnerable position.

They said they take insurance and they were listed on providers that my insurance company covers. WP Dental told me I had to pay for all visits upfront in cash before I could be seen and then they would contact my insurance company. I have never experienced this before and this is very illegal. I went in for a follow up because I had jaw pain. I waited over an hour to be seen and I ended up walking out. I do not recommend this place due to price gauging and lack of professionalism.

My goal was met - provide my daughter with excellent, compassionate dental care as a child that would set her on a path of lifelong great oral health. My daughter is now almost 30 and has never had a cavity and cleans her back teeth well. As well, she now sets her own goals for her dental visits and has received comments from the hygienist that she flosses so well, that she makes their job easy. I'm not sure if my daughter was the first, but I do know she was given "the talk" from Dr. Patel. As a mother, I was prepared to pick up the pieces after the talk, but it was delivered with compassion and received well. The talk was, "we love having you as a patient, but now that you have outgrown our pediatric equipment (my daughter and I are both 5'9") you are going to have to find another provider when you come home from college. Parents - if you are looking for a community to support your child's health through excellent dental care, this is it. We miss you all! Deej and Mom

After being treated there this is my review of the treatment. I went to get my cavities taken care…read moreof. My doctor was Dr. Kim. My biggest problem with him/facility is his communication skills. If I am going to stay with my mouth open for you for an hour or so, is it too much to ask that a doctor talks to you and tells you WTH he is going to do to you? He acts perturbed by every single question or discussion he has to do with you. Dr. Kim gave me anesthesia and showed a tremendous amount of impatience to start working on my teeth. It was almost like he was late for his flight. He barely explained anything and started ramming into my teeth. After he is done, he barely said anything and I had to ask, "Can I leave?". He said "Yes, come back after 6 months". It has been about 4 days since I got the treatment done. I still don't feel quite alright. It still hurts and I feel my procedure was done in a hurry with little or no attention.

Quick we to start plan and place lower full set in place with 3 weeks BUT they have never got it RIGHT as of 7/26. Each FIX gets further and further apart to go back and take another scan and then another 4-6 weeks to replace 3 x the doctor cancelled at the last minute to take vacation and then more delays while I take a day off that I can't get back and lose money and 2 hours of travel time each way plus gas. Food gets caught on the back ridge under my tongue that one can't get too easy unless you go some place to drink water swirl around and spit out and home it works plus the front that still has a gap between the natural gum line which this sits on top of! Dr KAYTO called my cell to ask for money and sent a letter? do they work on commission. I Fired him and now with another doctor that has not done work yet as HER suggestion was LETS DO THE TOP MOLARS the next 2 appt were cancelled as she took vacation. They claimed my insurance didn't cover it, but when I called my insurance provider, I found out they actually *do* cover it, and I found another dentist who accepts that coverage. Cherry had already sent them the full payment for my treatment, and I was making payments to Cherry. I've been trying to get them to refund the money to Cherry; they keep saying they will, but in the meantime, Cherry keeps charging me for a treatment I never actually had with Broadway Cosmetic. When I call, they say they'll only refund part of the money to Cherry since I didn't have the procedure done there. On top of that, they're charging me an extra $274 just for taking two X-rays. So, while they take their sweet time canceling the loan, I'm stuck paying for a service I didn't receive and paying Cherry for money the clinic is keeping some of the money because I found another dentist who actually covered the treatment. At that visit, I was told there was no infection and was prescribed two medications--one of which was far too strong for me to consider taking. The very next evening, I ended up spending six hours in the emergency room while they worked to stop the bleeding. The bill was outrageous, and the itemized details state that I had an abscess, with no previous treatment, and still received two tooth extractions.
