I contacted them on a Wednesday, they worked with me and my busy schedule and came to my house early the next morning to give me a quote. They quoted me, gave me a timeline and told me what to expect with not only the installation but also my future electrical bills. They came when they said they were going to, they charged me what they quoted me and they took their time with the installation and making sure I understood everything. The entire experience could not have gone better.

More recently, a technician came out to fix a problem. He said that the previous fix didn't completely fix the original problem. The current owner, son of the previous one, made all sorts of excuses and said the solution was to buy still more equipment. The company has high rates, ridiculous add-on fees and doesn't stand by its work. Stay clear.
