My project was replacing an exterior double door in our family cabin. Joe made the trip to look at the job, give me an estimate, and then worked with my schedule while I purchased the door and waited for it to show up. He arrived on time, went to work right away, and he kept working along with his helper, Sam, to get the job done while the sun was still up! He told me his motto was he starts out as my contractor but finishes as a friend. How true! We are very happy with the final outcome, and will keep Joe at the top of the list for future projects. Thank you Joe!!

My wife and I chose a color and Eric brought a sample pained on cardboard and painted a swatch on the house as well. The color we chose ended up being a shade too bright and we called to go down one shade. No fuss no muss Eric started the process over. Now my wife has been ill so she chose a bright cheery color that reminded her of our cruise to the Caribbean. Why does this matter? Funny thing is that when he started one of my neighbors stopped and asked if he had any influence in our color choice. Job done nlm Anyhow Eric spend 2 days power washing scraping and sanding. He gave us a roll of tape and asked us to mark any spots we thought needed attention, there were none. Eric has followed up twice now and is adamant he stands behind his work. We hired them for a complete master bathroom remodel: replacing a fiberglass shower insert with a stunning Sentrel shower surround; moving the toilet and the HVAC register from the weird locations the builders chose in 1976; and installing a new vanity, recessed ceiling lights, and exhaust fan. We also had them install the same kind of fan and lights in our front bathroom. William produced one of the most detailed proposals I have ever seen, and subsequent change orders were a breeze, partly because of the project management software system they use, but mostly because their personal communication is stellar. There were a few days that we also had other service professionals working in the house, which meant having to deal with a lot of moving parts, and all of this was occurring in the wake of having lost my father. Heather helped me manage the chaos, providing both professional and emotional support with incredible patience and kindness. I am not sure about the what or when of our next remodeling project, but I am sure about who: Advisor Construction!

The electrician and his team was also very professional, courteous and provided detailed explanations on what he would be doing. The GM Jordan was very thorough, courteous and professional during his final walk through. He went over every aspect of the job ensuring it was installed correctly. He took photos and documented any areas of concern or that he wanted to have looked at more closely. The project took 6 days to install and two days for the electrician, a total of 8 days. We are overjoyed with the final project and so glad we decided to use Majestic Builders. We will enjoy our outdoor patio for years to come. We would highly recommend Majestic Builders and their team.
