He is very through in describing your test/ lab results as well as explaining different treatment paths and why he thinks one path is the best. Recently I was out in a new medication and when I started having negative side effects I was able to message Dr Maxwell through their patient portal and he messaged me back the same day and had a new prescription ready for me soon after that. I can't recommend Dr Maxwell high enough!!!

My sister who is a longtime resident here I. Tucson recommended I go in this El Rio location and speak to some of the team there as they have a sliding scale program for those who do not have medical insurance. The ladies in the downstairs office helped me out and got me on their plan to correct my dental issue. I saw Doctor Lauder and can I just say him and the team there are super kind and extremely professional! I went into for an initial check in with X-rays and a quick meet up. I was. Scheduled for the filling exactly two weeks later at the opening of the building. It was a miracle they were able to provide professional care to correct this one tooth. They were fast and it didn't hurt at all! I am so grateful to the entire team here! I did indeed get my Arizona healthcare in but the waitlist to become a new patient is a one year wait! I have always been seen promptly and treated with respect every single time I go to this location. The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. The pharmacy team is helpful and quick, the lab runs smoothly with minimal wait times, and imaging appointments have always been on schedule. The facility is clean and easy to navigate, and parking is convenient. Overall, El Rio Grant makes healthcare simple and stress-free. I appreciate having such a reliable location so close to home!

She's great person that gives me my yearly infusion for osteoporosis. I feel when you're getting tests that are important and that can really be complex and not know what you're reading that you should be connected to your nurse practitioner directly or they should send you a small email and explain the comparison of charts from when your last test was on your osteoporosis compared to what your test is now to see if you're improving.
