I asked him to be careful when working in the living room as we had just purchased new furniture. I heard a bang and I came running and asked him if he hit the coffee table. He denied hitting the table with his ladder but admitted he hit the media unit with the rubber on the ladder. Rubber does not make a sound like metal on metal. There was no damage to the media unit but here is the damage he did to the table. This is not reparable. In addition, he did a sloppy job with the glue on both windows and putting the trim back on. I had to point out the deficiencies as he was running out the door. He will not acknowledge the damage after we called that day. He did return the call then hung up on my husband. Do not hire this company.
