We originally planned the upstairs carpets and the foyer rug. Zack and Tabatha with OTS showed up and cleaned our upstairs carpets - what a difference. The carpet looks almost new, as does the rug. We had also requested a price on cleaning floor tile and grout, which was given after OTS arrived and was able to see the square footage (we have a lot of tile). A price was given and they were able to do the tile on the same day. They did an amazing job on our tile as well, and were able to answer all our questions on how to keep it looking nice. On the Spot did a great job for us at a very fair price. Zack and Tabatha were great, and I would recommend On the Spot to anyone looking for cleaning services.

I had to reschedule with her, but I had asked her to please find out what forms of payment the company accepts. When I called back to reschedule, she was very rude and brusk.
